太洋药业粉针项目风险管理研究

【摘要】 随着现代商品经济的不断发展，社会内部的政治、经济结构不断发生变化，部门、行业及当事人之间的关系错综复杂，各种不确定性、不稳定的因素大大增加，尤其是近代高度发达的生产力所导致的买方市场，使企业的竞争日趋激烈，需求变化日新月异，产品寿命周期日益缩短，项目的风险越来越大。在当前市场竞争日趋激烈，生产经营日益复杂的情况下，医药项目所面临的不确定性越来越多，其关系越来越复杂，从而风险也越来越大。在这种情况下，如何对项目进行有效的风险管理成为从多企业关心的问题。虽然医药项目有各种难以预料的风险，要完全避开或消除风险，或者只享有收益而不担风险是不可能的，但是只要善于利用现代风险管理理论，认真调查研究，切实改善经营管理，对项目风险进行认真分析，科学管理，是完全能够有效的规避风险，少受损失，保证项目的成功。 北京太洋药业有限公司是一家现代化中外合资制药企业，是北京市医药行业的骨干企业之一。为了适应日益激烈的市场竞争，使公司的产品更具有竞争力，保持强劲的发展势头，2003年公司决定投资粉针项目，主要生产头孢拉定和头孢哌酮钠。该项目的投产不仅是公司整体发展的需要，也是调整产品结构，增强市场竞争力的必由之路。本论文针对太洋药业在粉针项目管理过程中存在的对项目风险管理认识不足的弊病，利用风险管理理论，联系太洋药业粉针项目的实际情况，对该项目进行风险分析，并在此基础上提出风险对策，力求在项目早期识别风险，评估风险，并进行有效的管理，寻求对策及解决方案，减少项目的风险，保证项目的成功实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of modern commercial economy, the alterations of social political and economic structure become constant, complicated relationships of departments,Vocations and people concerned, all kinds of factors which is uncertain and unstable increased quickly, especially the customer markets caused by highly developed productivity, which make enterprises compete severely, customers’demand changes rapidly,circle of products shortens,and risk of projects become bigger and bigger. Under this circumstances,uncertain factors of medicine projects are getting more and more,relationships more complicated, risk bigger,so how to deal with risk is a common question to enterprises. Although we can not only receive benefit,all kinds of medicine risk are hard to anticipate and impossible to avoid completely or eliminate absoluately,we can flee away from them effectively and assure our success if we make full use of modern management theories to deal with the risk, investigate and analyze them carefully.Beijing Taiyang Pharmaceutical Industry Co.,Ltd is a modern joint stock company,as one of the most important enterprises in Beijing, in order to adapt to violent market competitions and keep the strong development of company , the company decided to invest asepsis powder for injection project in 2003,mainly in Cefradine and Cefoperazone Sodium. This investment is not only necessary for the whole development of the company, but for adjustment of products structure, at the same time it will strengthen the company competitive ability. My thesis will related the disadvantages that exist in the company’s management about asepsis powder for injection project and its actual situation, analyze the risk and provide the way to deal with the situation by using risk management theories, in this way, we will know and assess the risk at early stage, so we will have enough time to manage them, find a lot of solution ways and assure success of the project.更多还原
