基于虚拟样机的装载机工作装置的设计

【摘要】 当今激烈的市场竞争迫使制造企业为求得生存和发展必须对多变的市场需求作出敏捷响应,不断地调整产品的设计和研发模式,并能快速地开发出新产品。而我国传统工程机械行业却由于新产品开发周期长,成本高,缺乏市场竞争力。虚拟样机技术的逐渐成熟为实现产品的快速开发,提高我国工程机械产品的设计水平和市场竞争力提供了强有力的手段。本文将虚拟样机技术引入装载机设计开发领域,主要从以下几个方面进行了研究: 1.首先介绍了虚拟样机技术的基本理论,回顾了虚拟样机和装载机国内外研究现状和发展趋势,论述了将虚拟样机技术应用于装载机设计的必要性。 2.在分析装载机整机系统组成和装载机工作装置设计要求与方法的基础上,借助于虚拟样机基本理论的指导,提出了一种基于Pro/E、ADAMS和ANSYS软件的装载机工作装置虚拟样机的实现策略。 3.研究了基于特征的参数化建模技术,在分析工作装置的约束及尺寸参数的基础上,建立了装载机工作装置的参数化特征模型。 4.探讨了应用ADAMS软件建立动力学仿真模型的方法,基于对装载机在对称载荷与极限偏载两种典型工况下的受力特点的分析,建立了装载机在这两种工况下的动力学仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析;分析了装载机工作装置液压系统的工作原理,利用ADAMS/Hydraulic模块建立了液压系统仿真模型,并实现了与工作装置机构模型的结合。 5.基于在动力学仿真中获得的装载机动臂铰孔的受力数据,应用ANSYS软件对动臂进行了结构静力的有限元分析;探讨了对工作装置进行机构/结构优化的方法,提出了一种基于虚拟样机技术、神经网络和遗传算法的优化设计策略。

【Abstract】 Facing more intense global market competition, manufacturing enterprise have to adjust their product design and fabrication mode frequently to meet the rapidly changing market requirement. In order to improve the traditional construction machinery design process, this dissertation presents and studies Virtual Prototyping (VP) technology, which has been approved to be a powerful CAD method. And then introduces the new technology into the field of loader design to satisfy the urgent requirement of domestic construction machinery enterprise. There are five parts presented and studied as following:First of all, the basic theory of VP is introduced and the development of VP technology in china and aboard is reviewed, and then the significance of the application of VP technology in loader design is demonstrated.After analyzing the structure and the design methods of loader, this paper puts forward a new strategy for the design of the bucket-tipping device based on Pro/E, ADAMS and ANSYS.On the basis of the theory of parametric feature modeling, the constraints and dimension parameters of the bucket-tipping device are analyzed, and then the parametric feature entity model is established using Pro/E.Modeling and simulation methods in ADAMS are discussed, and the forces on wheel loader under symmetrical loads and extreme partial loads are analyzed. Afterward, a dynamic simulation model is built to test the dynamic performance of the bucket-tipping device of loader. Based on the operation principle of the hydraulic system for bucket-tipping device, a hydraulic simulation model is established and integrates with the mechanism model of the bucket-tipping device.Structure static analysis is taken on the arm of the bucket-tipping device. At last an optimization design strategy is developed based on VP, nerve network and genetic algorithm.
