【摘要】 传统的礼花弹壳采用黄板纸为原料，不仅要消耗大量的纸张，还有约1/3的边角余料不能利用，因而成本较高；环保型礼花弹壳是一种专利产品，它采用稻草、麦草、秸杆等植物纤维的粉末以及纸张的边角余料作原料。这些原料被称为环保型纸浆材料。 本课题完成了以下几个方面的研究工作： 对生产环保型礼花弹壳的环保型纸浆材料的性能进行了研究，得到这些材料的力学性能参数；利用有限元分析方法对环保型礼花弹壳的受力情况与其直径、厚度的关系进行研究，首次导出了表述它们之间关系的理论公式，为礼花弹壳产品的设计提供了理论依据。 通过反复探索和实验，摸索出了高质量、高效率、低成本生产环保型礼花弹壳的模压成型新工艺，解决了传统型礼花弹壳生产质量差、效率低、成本高的问题。 适应生产工艺的需要，设计和制造出用于生产环保型礼花弹壳的模具。利用CAD/CAM软件(如Master CAM)的CAD功能对整套模具(由吸滤模、冷压模和热压模构成)的零件进行三维CAD造型，然后利用其CAM功能在设置加工参数的基础上生成数控加工程序，在数控机床上完成了整套模具的加工。 模具加工完成后，在实际生产条件下对模具的工作情况、生产工艺参数进行检验，针对出现的问题，修改了模具，调整了工艺参数，最终生产出了合格的环保型礼花弹壳新产品。 最后对生产出的产品进行相关的实验，证明其性能完全能够满足设计要求。 通过本课题的研究工作，将一种专利设计变成了一种具有广阔的市场前景环保型新产品，并填补了国内空白。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional cartridge case of fireworks adopts the paper of yellow board as the raw material. If we use the paper of yellow board to produces the cartridge case of fireworks, a lot of paper must be consumed, and roughly 1/3 of the paper of yellow board as the side and comer can’t be used, so the cost of production is very high. Environmental protection type of the cartridge case of fireworks is a kind of patented product which adopts fibrous powder of plants, such as straw, the grass of wheat, haulm of corn, and the side and corner of paper that have been used as the raw material. This kind of material is called environmental protection type of paper pulp.Some research work have been finished as following:The material properties of environmental protection type of the cartridge case of fireworks studied, the mechanical function parameters are received. After its diameter and thickness effecting to the loading capacity studied by finite element method (FEM), the formula of relation is researched firstly.A kinds of new technology, which use molding tool to produce environmental protection type of the cartridge case of fireworks with high quantity, high-efficiency and low cost, have been invented by practicing again and again, so the problem of producing of the traditional cartridge case of fireworks, such as low quantity, low-efficiency and high cost, has been solved.The dies for producing environmental protection type of the cartridge case of fireworks have designed and manufactured according to the change of technology. The whole set of molding tool consists of the percolate mold, cold press mold and the heat press mold. The molding tools are designed by using the designing tool of CAD/CAM software (such as Master CAM), and then produce CNC work program of manufacturing of the molding tools by using the CAM software of it aftergiving the correct tool path, after that producing the molding tools by using the CNC machine tools.Having been finished, the molding tool can largely produce the newly product of environmental protection type of the cartridge case of fireworks of high quality, low price and strong market competition ability by examining of actual production and resolving the problem of appearing in it, coming to the anticipant design purpose.Finally, testing the properties of environmental protection type of the cartridge case of fireworks to insure that it can satisfy the requirement of designing of products.A kind of patent design has been become newly environmental protection product of having vast market foreground by research work, and filled up the local blank.更多还原
