碱性锌锰电池用无汞锌粉研制及工艺研究

【摘要】 我国是锌锰电池生产大国,年产量达200亿只,电池用锌约占锌总消费量的25%。无汞锌粉是生产无汞碱锰电池的关键原料,研制碱锰电池用无汞锌粉,满足我国绿色环保型碱性电池制造的需要,替代高价的进口锌粉,降低电池制作成本已是十分迫切的任务。 本文通过对汞齐化抑氢作用的分析,找出合适的代汞剂,深入分析了In、Bi、Pb、Ga、Al对锌粉性能的影响,并且通过锌粉样品的析气量实验,以及锌粉样品的极化曲线分析,系统研究了合金配方对电池锌粉性能的影响,得出了无汞、无汞无铅锌粉的最佳配方。同时,本文也针对锌粉锌粉形貌、粒度与性能的关系作了大量的研究分析。 作者在翻阅大量文献和深入实验的基础上,自主设计建立了制备电池锌粉的气雾化试验装置,通过系统研究,对设备的结构参数(如喷嘴、雾化桶)和雾化制粉的工艺参数进行了优化,解决了制备过程中,锌粉形貌、粒度控制问题,制备的锌粉形貌与粒度能满足电池锌粉要求。

【Abstract】 Our country is the biggest country which zinc manganese battery production is 200 hundreds million, and zinc for battery occupies 25% of total. Hg-free zinc powder is the key material to produce Hg-free alkali manganese battery, and it’s hard task to develop alkali manganese Hg-free zinc powder to substitute the high-priced importing zinc powder, meet the demand of producing the Hg-free battery and reduce the producing cost.The research finds out the alloy across analyzing amalgamation, and deeply analyzes the influence of In, Bi, Pb, Ca, and Al on the zinc powder capability. Then, we find out the best directions for producing zinc powder. By the way, we do much work over the influence of the powder shape and granularity on the zinc powder capability.The atornization for producing zinc powder is designed on the basis of many literature and deep experiments. Moreover, the author optimizes the technique meters to solve how to control the shape and granularity and produce zinc powder which shape and granularity can meet the needs for producing battery.
