【Abstract】 In order to study the changes of performance, the digestion and metabolism and blood biochemical materials in sheep.eighty hybrid sheep(suffork X small-tailed nan sheep) of 5 months old were divided randomly into four groups. The control group was fed A(usual feed), the urea group, wrap urea group and combination group were supplied with B(2%urea), C(2%wrap urea), D(2%wrap urea+0.2%probiotic) diet respectively. The performance, the digestion and metabolism . the blood biochemical materials(AKP, GPT, GOT, BUN, pH) of sheep were measured respectively. The results as follows:(1) The tatal weight gain and average daily gain were not affected (P>0.05)when sheep were fed B, C and D diets compared with A diet, but the tatal weight gain and average daily gain was increased when the sheep fed C and D diet compared with other diets, the tatal weight gain of B diet was least than other diets.(2) The ratio deposit nitrogen and digestible nitrogen were increased by 3.68%-17.56% respectively, when sheep were fed C and D, but there were no difference(P>0.05). Urine nitrogen was decreased significantly(P<0.05) when sheep fed C and D diet. The deposit nitrogen was increased significantly(P<0.05) when sheep fed D diet compared with other diet.Among A, B. C and D diet, the dry matter, feces nitrogen, digestible nitrogen were no difference(P>0.05). (3)Dry matter digestion coefficient, nitrogen apparent digestion coefficient, ADF digestion coefficient, NDF digestion coefficient and AIA coefficient were increased significantly(P<0.05) when sheep fed D diet, among A. B and C diet, there were no difference(P>0.05).(4)the blood AKP was increased after 2 hours when sheep fed B. C and D dietthere were greater(P<0.05) compared with A diet, there were no difference(P>.05) after 4 hours among A, C and D diets. (5)Blood GOT was increased after 2 hour when sheep fed A, B> C and D diets,GOT was increased significantly(P<0.05) when sheep fed B diet compared with A diet, there were no difference(P>0.05) among A, B> C and D diets.(6)Blood GPT was increased when sheep fed A, B, C and D diets,GPT was increased quickly when sheep fed Bdiet, the blood GPT were greater(P<0.05) when sheep fed B, C and D compared with A diet, there were no difference(P>0.05) after 4 hours when sheep fed C and D diet compared with A diet.(7)The BUN were increased significantly(P<0.05) after 4 hours when sheep fed B^ C and D compared with Adiet, BUN peak appears after 2 hours.BUN changes with time, there were no difference(P>0.05) among A, B, C and D diets.but BUN were increased by 9% ~ 36.4% respectively when sheep fed B, C and D diets compared with A diet.(8)Blood pH were increased significantly(P<0.05) after 2 hours when sheep fed B diet compared with other diets, there were no difference(P>0.05) when sheep fed other diets, there were no difference(P>0.05) after 4 hours when sheep fed B, C and D diets compared with A diet. The result indicated that it was safety and significantly when sheep fed B, C and D diets. Furthermore, blood biochemical materials were in range of normal physiology, C, D diets has increased the N utilization comparing with A, B diets.
