日粮类型及外源添加剂对断奶仔兔消化道酶活影响的研究
Studies on the Influence of the Diet Types and Other Source Additive of Digestive Enzymatic Activities of the Intestines in Weaned Rabbits

【摘要】 本试验选用30日龄断乳獭兔70只进行试验,分为7个组,每组10只,日粮营养分为三个类型,即标准型(粗蛋白17%,粗纤维12%)、低蛋白型(粗蛋白15.5%,粗纤维12%)和高纤维型(粗蛋白17%,粗纤维13.5%),三种日粮分别添加国产兔用复合酶和进口复合酶(耐得酵素),以标准型作为对照,通过饲养试验观测不同外源酶制剂对家兔肠道内容物主要消化酶活性、生产性能、营养消化率、肠道pH、腹泻率以及血液某些生化指标的影响。 另一试验选用2月龄左右的獭兔40只进行试验,分为4组(一组为对照组),每组10只,日粮营养为标准型(粗蛋白17%,粗纤维12%),另外三组在标准型的基础上分别添加3个不同大蒜素水平(0.01%,0.02%,0.03%),通过饲养试验观测不同大蒜素水平对家兔肠道内容物主要消化酶活性、生产性能、营养消化率、肠道pH、腹泻率以及血液某些生化指标的影响。 结果表明:标准营养条件下,试验1组日增重(25.63g)较对照组(22.93g)差异显著(p<0.05),试验2组(23.42g)高于对照组,但差异不显著,试验4组(19.67g)呈下降趋势且差异显著(p<0.05);而试验6组(20.00g)日增重较对照组日粮组有下降趋势差异显著(p<0.05)。试验表明添加国产酶组的生产性能要好于添加进口酶组的。标准营养条件下,两个试验组的饲料利用率都优于对照组,分别提高6.04%和1.92%,低蛋白型日粮条件下,国产酶组比进口酶组相对较好,饲料利用率都优于对照组。日增重和饲料转化率均以标准营养条件下国产酶组为最佳。试验表明添加国产酶组的生产性能要好于添加进口酶组的。添加国产酶的标准营养组和高纤维营养型组的家兔腹泻频率低于其它组,7个组的腹泻频率依次为:10.43%、0、1.2%、2.56%、8.24%、0、4.46%。加酶组家兔肠道的pH值相比对照组有下降趋势。添加酶制剂组的家兔肠道中各种酶的活性在肠道不同部位各不相同。对于淀粉酶,盲肠段淀粉酶活性最低,十二指肠段次之,空肠段最高;添加酶制剂组的十二指肠段、空肠段淀粉酶活性比对照组有增高趋势。十二指肠段和盲肠段胰蛋白酶活性较低,空肠段较高;添加酶制剂组的空肠、十二指肠胰蛋白酶活性呈升高趋势,但各组之间差异不显著。盲肠段纤维素酶活性较高,对照组、试验1组在盲肠段纤维素酶活性与十二指肠段差异极显著(P<0.01),空肠段、盲肠段其它组纤维素酶活性与十二指肠段相比有升高趋势。盲肠段的乳糖酶活性最低,试验1组、试验5组盲肠段乳糖酶活性显著低于空肠段(P<0.05),试验2组盲肠段与空肠段差异极显著(P<0.01)。空肠段脂肪酶活性高于十二指肠和盲肠段,但三者之间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。 添加大蒜素的试验表明,添加大蒜素组(0.02%)日增重(23.89g)较对照组(20.72g)差异显著(p<0.05),另外两组也高于对照组,但差异不显著。添加大蒜素组(0.02%)饲料利用率最佳,比对照组提高3.68%。添加大蒜素组家兔的腹泻频率明显低于对照组,四个组的腹泻频率依次为:10.23%、7.32%、1.42%、4.02%。添加大蒜素组家兔肠道的pH值相比对照组有下降趋势,肠道中的淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性相比对照组中酶的活性有升高趋势但差异不显著。
【Abstract】 In this experiment we choose 30 days old rabbit. 70 rex rabbits randomly is divided into 7 groups, every group had 10 rex rabbits. Feed nutrition is divided into three types, namely the standard type (CP: 17% , CF: 12% ), low albumen type (CP: 15.5%, CF: 12%) and high fibre type (CP: 17%, CF: 13.5%), three diet added native enzyme preparation and foreign commercial enzyme preparation respectively (Natuzyme), regard as contrast with the standard nutrition, in order to observe different other source enzyme preparations to rabbit’s main digestive enzyme activation of intestinal content thing through raising, performance, digestibility, pH of gastrointestinal tract, influence of suffering from diarrhoea rate and biochemical index of blood.Another test will select 2 months old. 40 rex rabbits randomly divided into 4 groups (one group is in order to contrast the group). Feed nutrition is the standard type (CP: 17%, CF: 12%), other three groups added 3 different levels of allitridum separately on the foundation of the diet (0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03%), in order to observe different levels of allitridum to rabbit intestinal content thing main enzyme activation, produce the performance, digesting rate of nutrition, intestinal pH value, influence of suffering from diarrhoea rate and biochemical index of blood.The result shows: Test 1 group is better than contrast group (22.93g), difference remarkable (p<0.05), test 2 group is higher than contrast group (23.42g), but the difference is not remarkable (p>0.05), test 4 group (19.67g) has the downward trend (p<0.05), test 6 group (20.00g) present the downward trend on weight diet, difference remarkable (p<0.05).Test indicate add native enzyme preparation performance of group is better than foreign commercial enzyme preparation group. Under the standard nutrition condition, the fodder utilization ratios of two test groups are both superior to contrasting the group, improve 6.04% - 1.92% separately, low albumen day grain under the terms, native enzyme preparation group than group relatively better to foreign commercial enzyme preparation, diet utilization ratio is all superior to contrasting the group. Daily increase weight and diet conversion ratio native enzyme preparation group best with standard nutrition terms. Test indicate add native enzyme preparation production performance of group is better than foreign commercial enzyme preparation group. Add domestic standard nutrition group of enzyme and high fibre nutrition type rabbit of group suffer from diarrhoea frequency lower than other group, the diarrhoea frequency of 7 groups is successively: 10.43%, 0, 1.2%, 2.56%, 8.24%, 0, 4.46%. Enzyme- added group rabbit pH index of intestines is compare to contrast group having the tendency of downward. Add enzyme preparation rabbit intestines of group, different enzymes activation on different position have nothing in common with each other in intestines. As to amylase, caecum sections of amylase activation most low, duodenum one takes second place, the jejunum section is the highest; diet add enzyme preparation duodenum section, jejunum sections of amylase activation of group than contrast group have the tendency to increase. Duodenum section and caecum sections oftrypsin activation relatively low, jejunum piece relatively high; add jejunum of the enzyme preparation group, duodenum trypsin activation and show a tendency to rise, but the difference between every group is not remarkable(P>0.05).Caecum sections of cellulosic enzyme is the getting higher relatively in activation, comparison group, test 1 group, at caecum sections of enzyme activation and duodenum sections of difference(P<0.01), jejunum section, compared with duodenum section, cellulosic enzyme activation of a section of other groups on caecum, have the tendency to rise. Caecum lactase of section activation most low, test 1 group, test 5 group caecum sections of lactase activation lower than jejunum pieces of(P<0.05), test 2 group caecum section and jejunum sections of difference remarkable(P<0.01).Jejunum sections of lipas
