【摘要】 “教育平等”是现代社会追求的理想，“性别平等”则始终是西方女权运动的中心理念，“教育性别平等”随着女性主义的发展已成为女性主义教育研究者的一个重要课题，性别平等与性别差异实质上是性别平等问题的两个方面。女性学的核心概念“社会性别”为认识当前我国女性高等教育中的性别平等与差异问题提供了认识的角度与方法。本文从社会性别的角度对我国当代女性高等教育运行中的性别平等与差异问题进行了考察，分析原因，并提出了解决对策。全文分为五个部分。第一部分：引言该部分主要介绍本项研究的意义、国内外研究现状及本项研究的理论基点、基本思路和研究方法。第二部分：社会性别、性别平等、性别差异与教育之间的关系该部分对社会性别、性别平等、性别差异等相关概念进行了界定，分析了它们与教育之间的联系。并简略介绍了我国解放后，女性高等教育在体现性别平等和性别差异方面所取得的一些成就和所做出的努力。第三部分：社会性别角度透视当前我国女性高等教育中的性别平等与差异问题该部分是论文的主要部分。论文从女性的性别视角对我国目前女性高等教育中存在的性别不平等和忽视性别差异的问题进行考察，主要从高等教育起点、高等教育过程、高等教育结果三方面考察，然后从高等教育系统内外进行分析、反思，寻找女性在高等教育参与方面的弱势原因。第四部分：社会性别理论对女性高等教育中性别平等与差异问题的应答该部分从六个方面提出了解决我国女性高等教育中的性别平等与性别差异问题方策。第五部分：结语更多还原

【Abstract】 Education equality is a goal that the modern society pursues. Gender equality is also an ideal of western feminism. Gender equality of education has been an important study for feminist researchers in education with the development of feminism. Gender equality and gender difference actually are the two different sides of gender equality. As the heart idea of Women’s studies, gender supplies us the perspective and method on studying the gender equality and difference in china’s female higher education. The text overviews the gender equality and difference in china’s contemporary female higher education using the theory of gender, analyses the causes, and raises pieces of tactics to solve the problems. The text consists of five parts.Part I. PrefaceThis part introduces the thesis of significance, the theoretical bases, the train and the method of the research.Part II. The meaning of gender, gender equality, gender difference an; the relations between the education and them.This section mainly explains the conceptions such as gender, gender equality, gender difference, the relations between the education and them. Then it introduces the achievements of China’s female higher education on gender equality and gender difference after liberation.Part III. Analyzing gender equality and gender difference of China’s female higher education in gender perspective.This section depicts the gender equality and difference in china’s contemporary female higher education in gender perspective from three aspects. That is the chance of receiving higher education, the process of accepting education and the result of higher education. Then explains the causes from the out and in of the system of higher education.Part IV. The tactics of the theory of gender that solving the Gender equality and difference of China’s female higher education.This section raises pieces of concrete tactics to solve the Gender equality and difference of China’s female higher education.Part V.
