【摘要】 家庭消费结构是整个消费结构的基础。我国经济要持续保持适度增长和协调发展，必须始终保持国内消费市场对经济发展的有效拉动，扩大国内消费需求，优化家庭消费结构。本文拟就我国居民家庭消费结构的优化这一问题作些探讨。 全文共分为四个部分。 第一部分：我国居民家庭消费结构优化的主要标准。这一部分提出了市场经济体制下，家庭消费结构优化的生理心理标准、经济标准和社会标准。 第二部分：当前我国居民家庭消费结构中存在的主要问题。这一部分以优化标准为参照，着重分析了当前我国居民家庭消费结构中存在的主要问题：恩格尔系数仍然还比较高，膳食结构有待进一步改善；家庭住房消费支出还是偏低；劳务消费上升幅度不大；家庭闲暇消费支出较低且质量不高等等，为第三部分的分析奠定了基础。 第三部分：当前我国居民家庭消费结构主要问题的成因分析。针对第二部分所提出的问题，这一部分详细分析了居民家庭消费结构中存在问题的重要原因，包括居民家庭整体收入水平不高和家庭间收入差距过大、住房市场不规范、第三产业发展滞后。为解决居民家庭消费结构中存在的主要问题最终达到优化提供了进一步的依据。 第四部分：我国居民家庭消费结构优化的主要措施及建议。本部分围绕我国居民家庭消费结构中存在的主要问题及其成因，提出了具体的解决措施及建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Family consumption structure is the basis among the whole consumption structure . Keeping increasing speed within measure continuously of Chinese economy depends on extending the domestic consumption demand and optimizing the consumption structure . The present thesis attempts to conduct some theoretical exploration in the field of family consumption structure optimizing in Chinese residents.The thesis consists of 4 sections.Section I: The main standard to optimize the family consumption structure. "This section brings out three kinds of standard: physiological standard, economic standard and public standard, and all of which is the theoretical basis .Section II: The main problems existing in the present family consumption structure in Chinese residents. It is included that Engel Coefficient still keeps comparatively higher, the food structure need improve further, the consumption payout in family house is comparatively lower, the service consumption goes up in little scope, and so on , which are the basis of next section.Section III: The analysis on cause of formation of the main problems existing in the family consumption structure . this section introduces the important reasons caused above problem, consists of the low family income and the far income distance , irregular house consumption market and the poor-developing tertiary industry.Section IV: The main measure and suggestions to optimize the family consumption structure in Chinese residents.
