住宅小区内部典型固定噪声源声学特性及管理规范研究

【摘要】 随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,城市噪声影响的方式和噪声源的种类,都在不断的变化中,目前,我国许多城市中社会生活噪声已取代工业噪声和交通噪声而成为最重要的噪声污染。而社会生活噪声源与以往相比也发生了很大的变化。以前以人群活动噪声为主,而现在城市公共建筑以及高层住宅中的各类动力设备噪声,已成为最重要的社会生活噪声源。这些设备噪声源直接分布在人们的生活环境中,且产生的噪声以对人产生较大烦恼干扰的低频噪声为主。 本文对城市居住小区公共建筑及高层住宅楼内配套设备固定噪声源(如地下车库、变配电房、水泵房、空调机房等)特征进行研究,研究各类噪声源不同的声学特性及分布、传播规律,开展有针对性的噪声控制技术研究,并为环保行政部门规范对这些公建设施的审批管理提供科学依据。同时,采用随机点声源模型,用计算机模拟的方法,对城市居住区地下车库出入口处的噪声影响进行预测,并取得较为满意的结果,为小区的规划建设提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 The kinds of noise source and its impact mode have changed a lot with the rapid development of cities’ modernization. Researches show that social activities have become the most significant sources of noise in many cities in our country instead of transportation network and industry. On the other hand, all sorts of equipments in residential areas have taken the place of people’s activities to become the most important social activities noise source. They distribute in the living environment directly and produce the low frequency noise that cause people’s annoyance.In this paper, we focus on the stationary noise sources such as underground garage, transformer room, water pump room and air conditioning system etc. The noise feature, distribution, and propagation rules of the noise sources are studied to set up the corresponding noise control technology. Meanwhile, this paper deals with a prediction model for the noise of underground garages in urban residential areas. The computer simulation model of random point sound source is based on acoustical principles and probability theory. Comparison between predicted results and measured value of noise level shows that the predicted model presents an acceptable degree of accuracy. It can provide the reference knowledge for the planning of residential areas.
