基于生态足迹模型的土地可持续利用评价研究

【摘要】 随着经济和社会的发展,可持续发展问题正日益受到各国政府和社会的关注。而作为人类一切活动的载体,土地的可持续利用显得愈加重要。可持续的度量问题一直是可持续研究中的一大难点,对于土地的可持续利用评价也是如此。本论文在对当前的土地可持续利用评价方法进行比较分析之后提出生态足迹分析方法是一种较为理想的评价方法。 本论文在阐述可持续和土地利用可持续的相关理论之后对生态足迹模型进行了深入的分析,介绍了生态足迹的基本概念,计算公式和方法。对于国家和城市两个层面的生态足迹进行了分析和比较。最后运用生态足迹模型对杭州市1995-2002年的生态足迹进行了计算和分析。结果表明杭州市的人均生态足迹从1995年的1.3491公顷增加到2002年的1.7709公顷,8年增加了31.26%,而同期的人均生态承载力从0.5796公顷减少到0.5463公顷,8年减少了5.75%。生态赤字呈逐年递增的趋势,万元GDP的生态足迹则呈逐年递减的趋势。对于各类用地生态足迹的计算和分析显示耕地和水域常年来一直处于生态赤字的局面,林地虽然处于生态盈余状态,但其数量在逐年减少,计算结果值得有关方面引起关注。
【Abstract】 With the development of the society and economy, Goverment and society pay more attention to the issue of the sustainable development. Being the carrier of all activities of the human,the sustainable land use shows so important. The measurement of sustainable development is one of the difficulties in the sustainable development research and so is the appraisement of the sustainable land use.The article presents that the ecological footprint method is a good appraisement method after comparing the current sustainable land use appraisement method.The article analyses the ecological footprint model in detail after expatiating the theory of the sustainability and sustainable land use,introduces the basic concept and calculational methods of the ecological footprint.compare and anylyse the ecological footprint of the country and the city. At last using ecological footprint model calculates and analyses the ecological footprint of the Hangzhou from 1995 to 2002. The results shows that the demand of the ecological footptint in Hangzhou increased 31.26% from 1.3491/cap to 1.7709/cap in 8 years while the supply of the ecological footprint decreaded 5.75% from 0.6530/cap to 0.6130/cap.The ecological footprint deficit increased continually but the ecological footprint per ten thousands yuan GDP decreased continually in 8years. The calculation and analysis of each land shows that plough and water area are in ecological deficit all through this 8 years while woodlandis in ecological surplus but the number reduced continually. Government and relatedbodies should pay attention to the results.
