西攀高速公路填方路段昔格达极软岩填料强度特征研究

【摘要】 攀西地区及正在开工建设的西攀高速公路沿线分布着大量的昔格达组地层。这套地层为一套似岩非岩似土非土的半成岩地层,不仅岩性软、强度低,而且稳定性极差,是国内有名的易滑地层和地质灾害高发地区。昔格达组极软岩属内陆静水河湖相沉积,主要由粉细砂岩、泥质粉砂岩、粉砂质泥岩和泥岩组成,具有明显的沉积韵律特征。因此昔格达填料是由上述几类软岩组成的混合填料,与单一类型填料相比具有更为复杂的介质特征,将其用作高速公路路基路堤填料,需要验证其能否满足高速公路对填料的基本要求。 本文以昔格达填料强度特征为研究对象,通过大量的室内及现场试验,从昔格达地层岩组的物理力学性质、昔格达填料的物理性质入手,对昔格达填料的抗剪强度、室内承载比及现场承载比特征进行了较系统地研究,获得了如下认识及进展:①昔格达混合填料承载比值受填料含水量及其中泥岩含量的影响,当泥岩含量小于一定值时,昔格达混合填料具有较高的承载比值,能够满足高速公路对填料的最低强度要求;②建立了综合评判昔格达填料性能及现场压实效果的现场承载比(CBR)标准;③对于昔格达填料而言,最佳的碾压方式为先强振后弱振而不是传统的先弱振后强振;④提出了与室内击实最优含水量相区别的施工最佳含水量的概念。 鉴于现场承载比具有简便、省时等优点,因此采用室内与现场承载比相结合的办法进行昔格达填料强度试验是经济合理的。鉴于昔格达混合填料标准最大干密度取值的复杂性,建议采用现场承载比与压实度检测相结合的办法进行现场施工质量控制。

【Abstract】 XiChang--PanZhihua area and XiChang--PanZhihua express highway were alongdistributed amount of Xigeda stratum. The stratum is nearly to semis-diagenetic stratum which is similar to soil or not, and similar to rock or not. It’s not only poor in rigidity and intensity, but also is low in stability. Thus it became well-known for frequent geologic-disaster and landslide in the stratum area. Xigeda soft rock is made up from minute sandstone, mud siltstone, siltstone mud and mudstone. It is inland fluviolacustrine phase deposit rock with rhythm-cyclic character of depositional geology. Therefore, Xigeda filling material is a compounding filling made up of several soft rocks mentioned, which has more complex medium feature than single type filling material. We must certificate whether it satisfy minimum intensity standard of speedway’s filling if the filling is used as roadbed material of express highway.By the large quantity of indoor and field soil mechanics test, this paper investigated physics and mechanics property of Xigeda stratum and Xigeda compounding filling, profoundly and systematically studied on shearing strength , CBR (including indoor CBR and field CBR) and intensity feature of Xigeda compounding filling. The new achievement and cognition as follows:(1) CBR value is decided by moisture content and mudstone content of Xigeda compounding filling. The filling material can satisfy minimum intensity standard of express highway when mudstone content is less than some fixed value,(2)This paper established field CBR standard value which can synthetically evaluate the filling material nature and field compaction degree.(3)The optimal compacting mean of Xigeda compounding filling is hard oscillation first and weak oscillation later, not traditional way which is weak oscillation first and hard oscillation later.(4)This paper put forward the conception of optimum moisture content in construction different from optimum moisture content of indoor impaction.Because CBR field test is simple and timesaving, therefore, Xigeda filling intensity (CBR) test which contain indoor and field test is economic and rational. Considering that the way to gain standard maximum dry density value of Xigeda filling is complex, this paper suggests adopt means combining field CBR test and compactness measuring to control construction quality.
