【摘要】 信息技术的迅猛发展，特别是互联网技术的普及应用，使得电子政务的发展成为当今信息化最重要的领域之一。新闻出版业的信息化建设也是我国电子政务的一个方面。新闻出版业迫切需要整合出版资源、优化内部业务流程、改进和加强管理、提高决策水平和服务水平，从而提高综合竞争力。建立新闻出版信息管理系统是解决上述问题的有效途径。 新闻出版信息管理系统包括四个子系统：新闻出版业统计分析系统；新闻出版业务申报、审批、监管系统；协同办公系统和新闻出版局门户网站系统。本论文描述了新闻出版业统计分析系统的设计与实现。 本论文通过对开发模式和数据库、数据仓库、Java技术、报表生成技术的研究，选择合适的开发模式和软件，完成了从需求分析到总体设计、详细设计的工作，并实现了部分功能模块，最后进行了系统测试。通过测试证明本系统达到了当初的设计要求。 本系统作为四川新闻出版信息管理系统的一个子系统，是进行后续子系统开发的一个重要环节。该系统的顺利完成也为以后的开发打下了基础。 该系统投入运行后，有助于协助省新闻出版局统计我省新闻出版行业及产业的有关数据，并预测和引导行业及产业的发展方向及有关趋势，指导产业健康发展，给新闻出版部门带来了间接的经济利益。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid progress of information technology, especially popularity and application of Internet technology, it makes the development of E-Government to one of the most important fields today. Press and Publication informatization is an aspect of our country’s E-Government construction too. In order to improve integrative rivalrousness, Press and Publication needs immediately to conform publication resource optimize inside operation flow improve and enhance management improve the level of decision-making and service. It is an efficient approach to develop the Information Management System of Press and Publication.Information administration System of Press and Publication includes four sub-systems: Statistic and Analysis System of Press and Publication; Operation Declaration Examine and Approve Monitor and Management System of Press and Publication; Cooperative Office System and Portal Site System of Bureau of Press and Publication. This article focuses on the Design and Realization of Statistic and Analysis System of Press and Publication.This article studies some technologies such as development mode and Database Data Warehouse Java creating report forms, selects appropriate development mode and software, achieves requirement Analysis collectivity design particular design, and implements code of a few module, did system test at last. As a result, through the whole testing of system, this system achieves design requirement originally.This system is a sub-system of Sichuan Information Management System ofPress and Publication, which is an important part to finish other sub-systems.It will help to assist province-level Bureau of Press and Publication to static its date related to after this system running, and forecast and lead industry’s direction and trend of development, guide industry’s development healthily, bring indirect economy benefit to Department of Press and Publication.更多还原
