光无源器件工艺分析及结构改进研究

【摘要】 本文首先简单介绍了国内外光无源器件的发展状况及发展动向,并对国内外光无源器件的的发展作了比较。 其次介绍了光纤准直器的原理、制作工艺、插入损耗和回波损耗的测量方法等内容,并提出了光纤准直器性能改进方法。 再次对光隔离器的应用、光隔离器的发展、光隔离器中GRIN性能分析、光隔离器(Isolator)的作用和工作原理、光隔离器的性能及指标测试、光隔离器制作工艺等进行了分析和研究。 最后分析了光波分复用器的工作原理,光学特性,提出了一种新结构光波分复用器,用温度循环的方法测试了新结构光波分复用器的温度特性,讨论了新结构光波分复用器的工艺改进方法,实验表明:新结构光波分复用器比传统结构稳定,性能可靠。 并且介绍了新型光衰减器的工作原理,结构及温度特性,用在线温度特性测试法从实验上的到了新型光衰减器的插入损耗随温度变化的特性曲线。并提出了通过提高工艺的办法来优化新型光衰减器的结构的方案来增加光衰减器的温度稳定性。

【Abstract】 Above all, this paper briefly introduces the development survey of the instrument without the optical power and its advanced structural research, comparing the domestic and international development condition and development trends.Secondly, this article introduces the optical collimator’s principle fabrication insert loss and return loss, and brings forward the improvement methods of the optical collimator.Thirdly, this article analyses and researches the isolator’s appliance and development, the performance of GRIN, the operation and the principle, the capability and the measure methods, at last the fabrication.Fourthly, this article analyze the principle of WDM, the optical character, propose a novel structure WDM, Measure its character by temperature circling, analyze the technical improvement method of the Novel structure WDM. The result indicates that the novel structure WDM has better stabilize structure andcredibility than the old one.At last, this article introduces the work principle of the new type variable optical attenuator structure and the temperature character. We can obtain the character curve of the novel novel variable optical attenuator’s insert loss against the changing temperature by using the in-line temperature test. In the end we propose the ideal of increasing the optical attenuator’s temperature stabilization by optimizing the fabricate method.
