面向电子商务的制造过程数据采集的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机网络和通信技术的飞速发展,客户协同企业进行生产将成为一种生产方式,而模具行业是客户驱动性制造业的典型代表,属于面向资源的工程订货类型,对产品的交货期有着严格的要求。本文建立的电子商务就是一种面向模具制造的客户协同平台。 本文首先介绍了制造业信息化的发展状况,根据模具企业的特点分析了课题确立的背景和意义,然后以模具行业为背景,从客户的角度对客户和模具企业共同参入制造过程进行分析,对从排产过程中提取的数据进行分析、综合计算,并给出客户所需要的数据,建立了数据采集的算法模型,该模型中对订单的开始时间和预计结束时间的搜索方法进行了分析,并根据生产设备的不同情况建立了订单完成百分比的单一模型和复合模型,其复合模型适用于实际的企业生产,可以应用于实践。然后建立了电子商务的总体结构和逻辑模型,用Visual Studio.Net为开发工具,开发出一套基于B/S模式的客户协同平台的电子商务模块,在程序中实现了数据采集的算法模型。最后,给出了运行结果。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the internet and communication technology, the cooperation between customers and enterprise will become a model of production. Mold & die industry is the typical representative of the client driving manufacturing, and it’s a kind of project indent facing resource and is strict in delivery date. The E-B in this thesis is a client collaboration platform facing mold & die manufacturing.The thesis introduces the development of manufacturing information, and analyzes the background and meaning of the study at first. And then on the basis of background of mold & die industry, it analyzes that the clients cooperating with the mold & die enterprise take part in production process with the view of client. And after analyzing and calculating the obtained data from the schedule process, it gives the result to client and builds up the algorithm model of data collection. The algorithm model analyzes the search method of order’s start process time and finish process time and builds up the single model and complex model of the order’s fulfilling state according to devices. And the complex model can apply for actual production. Then it builds up the system structure and logic model of the E-B. At last it realizes the E-B module with visual studio.net in which the algorithm model of data collection is applied, and gives the running result.
