火花点火式煤层气发动机的燃烧过程实验和理论研究

【摘要】 能源产业是对未来社会发展极具影响力的产业。而在快速增长的经济环境下,中国能源工业面临能源与环境保护的双重压力。为了适应国民经济增长的需要,我们必须在能源、环境和经济发展的综合问题上寻求协调与平衡。 在此背景下,本文对经由S195柴油机改装得到的燃用变组分煤层气发动机进行了全面的测试和分析,包括缸内示功图、燃烧放热率、主燃期、点火提前角、火焰发展期以及最大压力循环波动等。结果表明:甲烷浓度、点火提前角、负荷的大小对火焰发展期、循环波动以及燃烧有着至关重要的影响。 本文还对煤层气发动机的燃烧进行了较为全面的理论研究。研究模型是建立在Matlab语言程序平台上得到的变步长双区准维燃烧模型。在此模型基础上,对发动机缸内燃烧的中间产物、涡流室的放热率、缸内瞬时压力和温度进行了分析。模拟仿真的结果表明:煤层气中甲烷浓度的增加有利于提高发动机的整机性能。煤层气的组分变化对发动机的燃烧性能有较大影响。 另外,本文开发了一个涡流室式火花点火煤层气发动机放热率计算软件,为分析这类发动机缸内燃烧过程提供一个有效的工具。
【Abstract】 The energy industry is an industry which have a great influence for the development of the social. To keep the rising China’s economy, the energy industry of China faces two serious problems, the energy supply and the pollution of the environment. Thus, we must seek for a balance among the energy, the environment and the development of the economy.Under this background, we successfully developed an engine fuelled with coal-bed gas and ignited by spark plug. The measurements for the prototype engine were thoroughly made, including the cylinder pressure, the rate of heat release, combustion duration, ignition delays, spark ignition angle, and the fluctuation of the cylinder maximum pressure. The following conclusions were drawn after intensively analyzing experimental results. The methane contentration, the load, and the spark ignition angle will influence the cylinder maximum pressure’s variation, the combustion duration and the combustion.The combustion of the spark ignition engine fueled with various component coal-bed methane has been studied deeply and thoroughly in this thesis. The model, a quasi-dimensional two-zone combustion modelwith varying steps, has been developed by using MATLAB language. Based on the combustion model, the intermediate combustion products, the rate of the heat release in the swirl chamber, the engine’s transient pressure and temperature are traced in details during the calculation. The results show that the change of the components in the coal-bed gas will influence the combustion performance of the prototype engine.In this paper, a calculation method of combustion heat release rate for the swirl chamber coal-bed gas engine is concerned. It can be a useful tool on analyzing the combustion processes for this type engine.
