【摘要】 制造业信息化是当今国际制造业发展的大趋势，许多跨国公司应用信息技术实现了设计、制造、管理和经营的一体化集成，加强了在国际市场的垄断地位。我国的制造企业从“十五”计划开始全面整体地推进制造业信息化工程建设，作为信息化工程关键技术之一的ERP技术及其管理思想，越来越受到企业的重视和推广应用，本文以凤阳散热器有限公司为例，探讨了中小企业在开发ERP系统整体过程中关于物料管理子系统的理论研究和系统开发工作。 文章首先阐述了制造业信息管理系统发展的历程——从物料需求计划MRP到制造资源计划MRP Ⅱ，再到企业资源计划ERP——介绍了ERP三个发展阶段的原理、特点及其功能模块组成；接着以企业某一型号的产品为例运用ERP思想中的物料管理理论分析了其相关物料的计划制定过程，提出把物料计划、物料采购和库存三者统一起来，从整个供应链的角度考虑降低物料的采购成本和库存成本的观点；然后采用客户机／服务器模式，按照ERP系统整体开发思路对物料管理分系统的开发进行了详细的系统分析与系统设计，并给出了分析与设计的结果，同时也从系统开发人员的角度介绍了开发过程中的关键环节和关键技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays informatization is the tendency of the international manufacturing. Many MultiNational Corporations (MNC) have integrated design, manufacture and management through information technology and their international stations have been strengthened. Manufacturing industry in our country began to promote informationization entirely from the Fifteenth Program. As one of key techniques, ERP is attached much more importance and application. For a medium and small enterprise such as Feng Yang Radiator Corporation, how to research and develop the materiel management subsystem under the environment of ERP is discussed in the dissertation.Firstly, Principles, characteristics and functions in three development stages of ERP are introduced; secondly, the dissertation takes a certain product in Feng Yang Radiator Corporation for example and analyses how to make the plan of its relative materiel under the guidance of ERP theory, and then puts forward the idea of uniting materiel planning, materiel purchase and materiel storage and dropping the purchase cost and storage cost considering the whole supply chain; thirdly, system analysis and system design for the materiel management subsystem are carried out and the result is presented. Finally, the dissertation introduces key techniques in the process of development from technician’s viewpoint.更多还原
