基于PA85的新型压电陶瓷驱动电源

【摘要】 压电陶瓷驱动电源是压电陶瓷微位移器的关键部件。PA85是一种高压、高精度的MOSFET运算放大器。本课题结合长江学者纳米实验室课题,研制一种基于PA85的新型压电陶瓷驱动电源。近些年,随着压电陶瓷驱动器在精密测量领域中的广泛应用,国内外学者在压电陶瓷驱动电源领域做了大量工作,研制出各种专用于压电陶瓷微位移机构的驱动电源。论文分析了各种方法的优点及不足,提出了以高精度高压运算放大器PA85为核心的压电陶瓷驱动电源的设计方案。 本文首先介绍了驱动电源的整体设计方案,然后详细论述了电源各个部分的设计原理(包括软、硬件设计),对复合放大电路部分的设计原理和误差补偿进行了重点论述。最后根据试验测得的数据验证了电源的性能,并提出了改进方案。该电源精度高,电路简单,集成度高,稳定性好,具有很高的实用价值。
【Abstract】 Power supply is the key component in micro piezoelectric actuator’s application. PA85 is a high voltage, high precision operational amplifier. This project has developed a new type of PZT driving power supply based on the PA85 complying with the requirement of task of nanotechnology lab for the sake of scholarship of Changjiang River. In recent years, along with the wider application of PZT in the field of precision measurement, abundant research work in PZT driving power supply has been done by the scholars of the national and abroad, and therefore, all sorts of power supply specialized in the framework of micro-displacement range have been developed. This paper has analyzed the merits and disadvantages of different measures, and brought about a proposal of PZT driving power supply which is cored by the PA85, a kind of high precision and high voltage operational amplifier.This paper introduces the entire design proposal of PZT driving power supply first, and then details the design principle of each parts(design of software and hardware included), while the design principle and tolerance compensation of the circuit of amplifier circuit are the keystone for discussion. Finally, the performance of power supply is validated according to the data from experiments, and the improving proposals are mentioned. Since the power supply has high precision, high integration, fine stability, and the circuit is simple, too, the high practical value of the power supply is foreseeable.
