变结构控制在汽车电动助力转向系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 电动助力转向系统(EPS)是近年来出现的一种新型动力转向系统,是一项综合了现代控制枝术、机电一体化及现代电子技术等技术的高新技术。在对电动助力转向系统的研究过程中,建立一个能准确反映汽车转向特性的数学模型是非常重要的。本文通过对电动助力转向系统进行动力学分析,建立EPS的数学模型,考虑到实际的电动助力转向系统由于系统参数的变化会引起不确定性,对系统采用带滤波器的变结构控制和神经网络离散变结构控制两种方法,仿真结果表明该控制方法对参数的变化有良好的适应性,同时解决转向“轻”与“灵”的矛盾。本文对电动助力转向系统设计了自适应模糊神经网络控制器,仿真结果表明该控制器能较好提高汽车转向时的轻便性和灵敏性。为了对理论分析进行验证,对汽车电动助力转向系统采用变结构控制方法和模糊控制方法,台架和道路试验结果证明了控制方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Electric Power Steering System(EPS), a new type of vehicle steering system, which emerged in recent years, is an advanced technology which synthesizes modern control technologies, incorporation of machine & electricity and latest electronic technologies. It’s important to set up an accurate math model in midst of studying EPS. The math model is set up after analyzing the system, two control methods which include variable structure control with filter and neural network discrete variable structure control are adopted on account of the uncertainties of the plant parameter variations, simulation results show the control methods are invulnerable to plant parameter variations and can solve the conflict between ’portability’ and ’sensitiveness’ of vehicle. Besides, an adaptive neural fuzzy control method is proposed to control the system, simulation results show the control method can better improve the steering portability and sensitiveness. In order to verify the theory, bench test and road test are carried out in which the variable structure control method and the adaptive neural fuzzy control method are used to control the system, the tests results demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed control methods.
