钢管混凝土结构及其技术缺陷分析

【摘要】 随着我国经济和建设事业的迅速发展,现代建筑工程对其材料和结构的要求越来越高。钢管混凝土能够适应现代工程结构向大跨、高耸、重载发展并满足承受恶劣条件的需要,符合现代施工技术工业化要求;而且具有承载高、塑性和韧性好、施工方便、耐火性能和经济高效等优点;因而正被越来越广泛地应用于土木工程中;并已取得良好的经济效益和建筑效果,是结构工程科学的一个重要发展方向;有着广阔的应用前景。论文的主要目的是通过大量的国内外试验研究数据,分析钢管混凝土轴压、受拉、压弯及局压等情况下材料的受力状况,给出简明的计算公式;为工程设计提供合理的计算方法;着重分析、总结钢管混凝土技术缺陷及其对实际工程的影响;提出钢管混凝土质量保证措施和浇筑质量对材料性能的影响。最后以一个哑铃型钢管混凝土拱桥工程事故作有限元分析,拓展到该类截面形式的钢管混凝土拱桥的可行性施工方案研究。主旨在于明确这种材料的基本性能、研究和应用中的不足之处及可能存在的问题。使工程设计人员对日益风靡的钢管混凝土技术有个全面的、深入的了解。并期望施工人员在施工过程中有所借鉴。

【Abstract】 With the quick boom of economy and the rapid development of construction, modem buildings call for better and better material than before. Steel Tube Confined Concrete(STCC) has been applied in building widely and has acquired economic benefit largely for its excellent quality in structure of big span, height, and loads, good quality of behavior in bad environment, fine gift in industrialization produce. So, it’ s a good material of building. Firstly, this paper describes theoretical formula through analysis some behavior in loads of axial compression, draught, bend and part compression. Then pays attention to analyses limitation of material and effect of this limitation, summarize bad influence of unqualified perfusion on material behavior. Finally, a feasible dumbbell-shape STCC bridge’ s construction plan is summarized through analysis the special project accident. This paper aims to show reader STCC’ s basic behavior, limitation and some problem from this material using in project. To make designer and builder know deeply about this material is the author’ s biggest wish.
