【摘要】 在社会转型大背景下，随着我国社会结构分化的加速，带来了社会流动的频仍和社会分层的明显，也带来了利益差距的扩大、社会关系的复杂化和利益矛盾冲突的加剧。这对能够有效地调节各种社会力量之间的关系，控制它们之间利益矛盾和冲突的政治整合机制提出了严峻挑战，并进一步提出了调适和优化的要求。 本文以政治社会学为学科视角，在系统论述了政治整合的概念、性质，政治整合机制的类型、特征和社会功能表现的基础上，全面分析了经济、文化、市民社会化进程等社会生态条件和全球化的国际环境对政治整合的巨大影响，并针对当今社会现实的复杂性、多样性和变动性的特点，以民主集中制的政治理念为指导，提出了调适和优化政治整合机制的途径和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The background of social transition, which is the division of social structure, the acceleration of social mobility, and the disticntion of social differiation, not only leads to the wideness of the interest gap, but also brings about both the complication of social relation and the intensification of conflicts among the different interest groups. Therefore, it not only challenges the political integration, but also has the demands for its adaptation and improvement.From the perspective of political sociology, the thesis discusses the conception, the type of mechanism, the characteristics and the social founction of political integration, and gives the comprehensive analysis of impacts on political integration, which results from economy, culture, socialization process and globalization. In regard of social realities’ complexity, diversity and instability, the thesis, based on the political conception of democratic centralism, demonstrates the path to the adaptation and improvement of political integration mechanism.更多还原
