【摘要】 高校作为知识型机构的代表，信息使用和需求的最大领域，一直以来受到各国政府的高度重视。从数字图书馆建设的总体情况来看，高校数字图书馆建设一直是世界各国数字图书馆建设最重要的组成部分。在西方，以美国为代表的欧美国家，十分重视对高校数字图书馆建设的研究和投入，高校数字图书馆建设在整个数字图书馆建设中是最活跃的群体。从我国数字图书馆建设情况来看，高校数字图书馆建设也走在了最前列，取得了巨大的成就，但也暴露了一些问题。 本文首先对数字图书馆的概念及特征进行界定，然后分析了各国高校数字图书馆的建设实践及特色，阐明了我国高校数字图书馆的建设意义及其在发展中存在的问题，在此基础上提出了对加强我国高校数字图书馆建设的几点对策性思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a symbolization of knowledge organization where the information has been heavily demanded and widely used, the construction of digital libraries in universities attract special attention from governments of all the counties in the world. From the view of infrastructure, the digital library in university has played main role in digital library world. Western countries led by USA have paid special attention to research and investment to digital libraries in universities, which in turn become most active groups in constructing digital libraries. Being pioneer and accomplishing massive achievement, the digital library in Chinese universities has also revealed some problems from current situation of digital library in China.This paper has defined and characterized the digital library, followed by analysis of the characteristics and practices of the digital libraries in all the countries. Then the significance and existed problems of digital libraries in Chinese universities have been figured out. Finally some suggestive strategies have been proposed to improve the digital library construction in Chinese universities.更多还原
