【摘要】 李先念是伟大的无产阶级革命家、政治家、军事家，坚定的马克思主义者，既是新中国第一代领导集体的重要成员之一，也是第二代领导集体的核心成员。在新中国建立初期，李先念曾担任财政部长、国务院财贸办公室主任等重要职务，积极领导我国国民经济的恢复与发展；在担任党和国家更高领导职务时，也十分关心并直接领导社会主义经济建设，为祖国的繁荣富强做出了巨大贡献。参与社会主义经济建设长达几十年的李先念，在这期间积累了多方面的经济工作的实践经验，形成了丰富的经济思想体系。可以说，李先念的经济思想是中国社会主义经济思想的重要组成部分，是中国社会主义现代化建设的宝贵思想财富。其中，李先念的财政贸易思想，客观地再现了我国社会主义财政贸易的形成和发展的历史轨迹，既体现了我国财贸建设的巨大成就，又总结了建设中的经验和教训，极大地丰富了毛泽东思想和邓小平理论。 本文在系统查阅李先念的原著的基础上进行进一步的梳理分析，旨在从讲求财政、信贷、物资、外汇四大综合平衡、扩大对外贸易关系，积极引进国外先进技术和设备、改革财政体制，加强财政监督、财贸工作要讲求政治性和群众性等角度对他的财贸思想作一个相对完整的总结和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Li Xiannian is a great proletarian revolutionist, politician, military strategist and firm Marxist. He was an important member of the first generation of leading collectives and became the key member of the second one. As the Minister of Finance and Director of Finance and Trade Office of the State Council at the very beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Li led the recovery and development of the national economy in a positive way. While serving as the Party and country’s higher leadership position, he paid the equal attention to the socialist economic construction and led the process directly, which contributed much to the prosperity of our country. Having taken part in the socialist economic construction for several decades, Li accumulated a vast amount of practical experience in the field of economy and formed his own economic ideological system. So, it could be said that Li ’s economic thought is not only an important part in the socialist economic thoughts of China but also a precious thought wealth in the construction of China’s Modernization. What is more, Li’s ideas of finance and trade objectively reflect the historical trace of the formation and development of socialist finance and trade in our country. It not only embodies the great achievement of the construction but also summarizes experience and lessons of it, all of which extremely enrich Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory.By systematically consulting Li Xiannian in the original, the author concluded a relatively complete summary to his thought in finance and trade from the following aspects: it lays stress on the comprehensive balance of finance, credit, goods and foreign exchange, it enlarges foreign trade and positively imports advanced technology and equipment from foreign countries, it reforms the system of finance and trade and enforces the supervisor of it, meanwhile, it puts emphasis on the nature of politics and mass in the same field.更多还原
