安糖片对高血糖动物模型作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:研究安糖片对两种高血糖动物模型血糖等检测指标的影响,初步探讨其降低高血糖的作用机制。 方法:采用肾上腺素致高血糖小鼠模型和四氧嘧啶致糖尿病大鼠模型方法研究安糖片降低高血糖的作用,将实验动物随机分为五组:模型组、西药组、低剂量组、中剂量组、和高剂量组。治疗三周后,通过放射免疫和血清酶学等方法,测定小鼠血糖及大鼠的空腹及餐后2小时BG、INS、FMN、TC、TG、HDL、LDL、SOD、MDA并做胰腺组织病理切片观察。 结果:安糖片能拮抗肾上腺素诱导的小鼠高血糖(P<0.01),明显降低四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病大鼠的血糖(P<0.01),改善糖尿病大鼠的糖脂代谢紊乱状态,抗脂质氧化和保护并修复胰岛β细胞。 结论:安糖片不仅能拮抗肾上腺素的升糖效应,还能明显改善糖脂紊乱的状况,增加胰岛素的分泌,抗脂质氧化,保护和修复胰岛β细胞,通过多途径、多环节束发挥降低高血糖的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: to investigate the action and mechanism of antangpill on how to influence diabetic rat’s blood glucose blood lipid and improve their disorder state by two different models.Methods:Established DM rats by intraperitoneal injection of Alloxan and Adrenalin are to be divided randomly in five groups:model control,DM model treated with low dosage, middle dosage and high dosage of Antangpill and the west medicine cross-refer respectively.After three week’s treatment,detecting rat’s following index including BG INS, FMN, TC, TG, HDL, LDL, SOD, MDA, meanwhile rat’s pancreatic tissues are also made into pathological section for analysis.Result:DM rats do exist abnormality of the above mentioned index, whose rising blood lipid level is one of important lipid metabolic disorder. Antangpill can improve the DM rat’s high blood glucose and blood lipid metabolic disorder, raising INS , HDL content in serum whereas descending TC, TG, LDL; accelerating the repair and protection of the impaired pancreatic cells. The general curative effect of Antangpill is better than the west medicine cross-refer group,Clonclusion:Atangpill can act in multiple ways and levels to descend blood glucose and improve metabolic disorder.
