【摘要】 论文第一部分主要综述原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)基础和临床研究方面的进展。在回顾近十年来的大量文献的基础上，从流行病学、病因、发病机制、病理、临床表现、实验室检查、诊断、治疗、自然病程及预后和中医药研究几个方面介绍了PBC研究近况。重点介绍了发病机制、临床表现和治疗。对中医药诊治PBC的研究也作了介绍。第二部分总结导师张光华教授多年临床实践治疗肝细胞黄疸的经验，并阐述其治疗肝性黄疸的学术思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of the first part of this study is to review the investigational and clinical improvements of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC).On the light of a collection of substantial articles mainly issued in the last ten years,this part manage to describe the profile of PBC in such aspects as epidemiology, causa morbid, pathogenesis, pathology, clinical character, laboratory examination, diagnosis, treatment, course of diseases,prognosis,and study about PBC in TCM.In the second part,the experience of Professor Zhang Guanghua have been given, about treatment of epatocellular Jaundice,which is based on long time clinical work.更多还原
