低压电力线远程抄表系统后台管理软件的设计与研发

【摘要】 随着社会的发展,人们对自身生活的条件提出了越来越高的要去,希望生活变得更加便捷高效。而当今科技的进步,为人类实现这些愿望提供了保障。在涉及到千家万户的水、电、燃气等公共事业收费领域发生的变化就是一个非常好的例子。 文章介绍了一种基于低压电力线载波通信技术的远程抄表系统,结合现有的抄表状况,对系统的工作原理,组成及功能等作了详细的介绍,包括硬件电路和管理软件。其中所涉及的载波通信技术由于直接利用现有低压电力供电网络的丰富资源,不需要另外布线而节省大量布线和维护的费用,缩短施工周期,适应不同的环境而越来越受到重视。系统的硬件电路主要介绍了以电力Modem为核心的集中器和采集器的功能和实现电路。软件部分主要是以Oracle数据库为中心的数据管理系统。 其中的软件部分按照软件工程项目的思路,主要从以下几个方面详细论述了自动抄表管理软件系统的研制和设计:数据库设计,人机交互界面的设计、通信模块的设计及系统综合管理模块的设计;并阐述了该管理软件的功能。 首先,本文介绍了电力载波技术及自动抄表系统在国内外的发展;接着,简要描述了整个抄表系统的构成,本套系统由计费终端(用户电表、水表、煤气表等,本系统主要针对用户电能表)数据采集器、集中控制器和中心管理软件四部分组成,实现远程集中自动抄录电能表数据。然后,具体论述了后台软件的需求分析及实现过程,包括数据库的创建、人机交互功能等等。最后,对系统的发展进行了展望。 由于本系统将远程传输技术和当今发达的计算机技术、网络技术,将用户的计费终端和管理中心联成一体,定时(或实时)自动读取用户的消费数据。不但进一步节约了人力开支,还能实时的监控各个用户的消费情况,有利于管理部门及时发现问题,并采取相应的措施进行处理。 该系统已经过安装测试,并实际运行,性能稳定、操作简单、功能全面,相信随着电力系统对城网和农网建设改造及“一户一表”政策的实施,远程集中抄表系统的市场需求将是十分巨大的。

【Abstract】 As the development of the society, people are now expecting higher and higher levels of life, they hope it will be more effective and continently. Now technology is getting more and stronger, so what people are hoping will turn to be realities. A good example is expanding in our life beside.Technique of transmitting data via power line, a new technique developed in the recent years, is used to automatize the fee collecting system in this service and the management of uptown service. In this paper we introduce the components, principles and functions of a Collect meter reading system clearly, which is based on a technology named Power line carrier (which we often call it PLC).Because the technology is via the power line, so we needn’t put the line in addition, then reducing the time and money of the work is now possible.In this paper, we discussed the principle of the hardware, the collector and samplers are dissertated basically, which communicate by power line modem. The design schema and the main flow charts of the software are outlined detail. Also we mainly introduce the management software which can control and read the data stored in the concentrators via the telephone line, here we use Oracle as our background database.When we introduce the development of the software, we explain the method of the designing; here we get ideas from the general steps of software engineering. First we should analyze the user’s needs, then should we start our work: designing the configure of database, planning the interface of the users, how to communicate via the serials, the management of the system’s users, and so on.Because the technology of spread spectrum carrier(SSC) communication is the kernel of the power carrier technology of communication, so we then explicate the chips we use here. And we proposes the structure and functions of the management of Power Line Carrier Collect meter reading system. This is easy to install, and easy to control, and it’s really functional.Because this system has used the technology of remote transition,computing and network, and put them together, reading the users’ data real-timely. Not only reducing the consuming of people’s physicals, but also we can control the status of users, it is a advantage to find problems and deal with them in immediately.This system has been installed and been tested, and be operated in several places. And the result is it has a good performance and is easy to operate. So we have reasons to believe that the Army’s market will be huge during the building of the electronic-net of the country and the village and the policy of "one family one electrometer" is executing.
