豆粕日粮和棉籽蛋白日粮羯羊十二指肠氨基酸流量的研究
Study of Amino Acid Fluxs in Wether Duodenum Fed with SBM Diet and CSPM Diet

【摘要】 本研究通过两个试验选择豆粕和棉籽蛋白分别作为日粮主要的氮源,设计四种蛋白水平(11%,13%,15%,17%),对8种日粮的营养物消化率、食糜流量、瘤胃微生物蛋白产量、十二指肠粗蛋白流量、十二指肠总氨基酸流量、必需氨基酸流量和比例等营养指标进行测定;同时分别对这两种蛋白源的各自蛋白水平日粮所形成的营养指标进行比较。试验动物为生长羯羊。试验结果显示,豆粕—玉米型日粮的羯羊十二指肠食糜流通量分别为:11.97L/d、11.49L/d、9.78L/d、9.19L/d,棉籽蛋白—玉米型日粮的羯羊十二指肠食糜流通量分别为:8.33L/d、6.75L/d、6.01L/d、7.57L/d,豆粕日粮的食糜流量大于棉籽蛋白日粮的食糜流量;十二指肠粗蛋白的流量同时也证明了豆粕日粮过瘤胃性能优于棉籽蛋白日粮。在氨基酸方面,饲喂豆粕日粮的羯羊十二指肠总氨基酸流量分别为646.19g/d、510.61g/d、617.10g/d、572.93g/d,必需氨基酸的小肠流量为:284.55g/d、235.63g/d、291.57g/d、270.01g/d;饲喂棉籽蛋白日粮的羯羊十二指肠总氨基酸流通量为:191.47g/d、167.83g/d、362.76g/d、470.23g/d;必需氨基酸的小肠流量为:88.70g/d、79.48g/d、173.26g/d,216.47g/d。豆粕日粮对羯羊十二指肠氨基酸的贡献远远大于同等蛋白水平下棉籽蛋白日粮的贡献。饲喂豆粕日粮的羯羊瘤胃微生物的产量(g/kg FOM)为:21.37、24.71、27.02、25.23;饲喂棉籽蛋白日粮的羯羊瘤胃微生物的产量(g/kg FOM)为:25.26、27.37、19.30、14.43。统计学显示日粮氮源的不同对MCP的产量没有显著差异,但日粮蛋白水平对饲喂棉籽蛋白的MCP产量有显著性影响。作者的观点是,产肉的反刍动物日粮可以用少量的棉籽蛋白(棉粕)组成日粮蛋白,蛋白源主要以豆粕或其它优良蛋白饲粮为主,日粮的蛋白水平为11%即可,配以相应的能量水平。
【Abstract】 This research through 2 experiments to estimate rumen digesta overturn, the yield of rumen microbial crud protein(MCP) , total amino acid(TAA) discharge in duodenal , essential amino acid(EAA)discharge in duodenal ect, those nutrition index with comparison to make the measurement in sheep. Soybean meal (SBM) and cotton seed protein meal (CSPM) are the main protein nitrogen in the diet formula, designing four kinds of protein level as 11%, 13%, 15% and 17%, so there are 8 kind diets. I chose 4 growing sheep between 6 month to a half and 6 month about 30kg body weight (BW) as the experiment animals. Experiment data show, digesta discharge in duodenum fed with SBM diet are below respectively: 11.97 L/d, 11.49 L/d, 9.78 L/d,, 9.19 L/d; digesta discharge in duodenum fed with CSPM diet are: 8.33 L/ d, 6.75L/ d, 6.01 L/ d, 7.57L/d.It’s clear that duodenum digesta discharge in sheep fed with SBM diet are over and above which fed CSPM diet. The discharge of the duodenal CP is also proof in sheep fed SBM diet. Duodenal TAA discharges are also proved higher in sheep fed SBM diet than fed CSPM diet, they are 646.19g/d, 510.61g/d, 617.10g/d, 572.93g/d; 284.55g/d, 235.63g/d, 291.57g/d, 270.01g/d respectively, EAA discharges are: 191.47g/d, 167.83g/d, 362.76g/d, 470.23g/d; 88.70g/d, 79.48g/d 173.26g/d, 216.47g/d respectively. They are also higher in sheep fed SBM than sheep fed CSPM. The yield of MCP in rumen are proved no difference between sheep those fed with SBM or fed with CSPM, they are(g/kg FOM): 21.37,24.71, 27.02,25.23;25.26, 27.37, 19.30, 14.43 respectively. But different CP level have to show the big influence about MCP yield in sheep fed CSPM.
