【摘要】 信息社会的发展改变了人们的生活方式和工作方式，也带来了诸多的信息矛盾。信息法制建设就是为了从法律的角度解决信息社会中出现的诸多矛盾，因而成为图书馆学情报学乃至法学、社会学的研究热点。而由于法律的前瞻性特征，使得信息法律预测特别重要。本文在大量的调查与分析的基础上进行我国信息法律的预测研究。 全文共分为三章。 第一章属于基本理论。主要对信息法学和信息法律预测作了简单的介绍，提出信息法律预测的重要作用，总结了信息法律预测的主要方法以及预测中要注意的问题，这些方法也是本文所采用的主要方法。 第二章是本文的核心内容。分别从信息法律环境、信息法律地位、信息法律体系、信息法制建设以及信息法学研究五个方面进行分析，在此基础上对我国信息法律进行法律预测。指出我国信息法将成为部门法；提出我国信息法的宏观和微观体系；对信息立法、司法和执法监督进行了预测并提出改进意见等。 第三章是对策研究。主要针对第二章的分析，提出了我国今后信息法制建设中应重点注意的几个问题。 本文旨在通过对我国信息法的预测研究，达到推动信息法理论研究，加强信息法制实践，最终推动我国信息化的建设的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of information society have not changed the people’s methods of living and working, but brought the conflict of information. The construction of information law is the method of solving these problems. So the prediction of information law is very important. This passage is on the research of it through much investigating and analyzing.The passage contains three parts.In the first part of passage, the author explain some base concepts such as information law and the prediction of information law and give some skills of information law prediction.In the second part, the author predicts the development of information law of our country through five views.At last, the passage gives some advice about the construction of information law of our country.This passage wants to perfect the information theory, strength the practice of information law and propel the construction of modernization of information according to the research of information law prediction.更多还原
