【摘要】 女性的就业状况是衡量社会现代化发展水平的一个重要指标。综观社会转型期山西省女性就业状况，女性就业人数和比例的下降，女性职业结构不合理，就业层次偏低，就业人员素质较差等问题成为社会的共同关注，但同时就业渠道多元化发展，就业行业逐步拓宽成为女性就业领域的新趋势。影响女性合理就业的因素在于：生产力水平低，产业结构不合理是其经济根源；就业政策执行的软化和就业机制的漏洞是其现实根源；女性自身文化素质及竞争意识是其内在根源；传统性别歧视是其文化及社会根源。改变女性就业困境的途径在于女性就业制度与文化的双重建构。从制度建设方面来看，要建立女性就业的国家干预机制；立法保护女性的平等就业权；用政策措施鼓励青年女性自主创业；大力发展生产力，合理调整产业结构，为女性创造更多的就业机会和提供更优越的就业环境；改变现有就业机制中歧视女性的现状，建立以两性全面、和谐发展为目标的就业机制：从文化建设方面来看，要构建先进性别文化，并加强女性职业能力建设，提高其职业地位和就业层次。更多还原

【Abstract】 The female employment condition is an important index sign to measure the social modernization development level. Take a comprehensive view of the society transformation period the female’ s employment of shanxi province, female employment number with the descent of the comparison, female occupation construction not reasonable, employment structure low, employment personnel’s character than bad the etc. problem becomes the social common concern, at the same time employment outlet develop diversifically, employment realm open widely gradually become the new trend. The factor that affect the female reasonable employment consists in: the productivity level is low, the industrial structure not reasonable is its economic source;Employment policy softens carried out with the loophole that employment mechanism is its realistic source;Female’ s culture character and competition consciousnesses are its inside sources:The traditional sex bias is its culture and social sources. Female who changes the path takes up employment the predicament consists in the female employment the system and cultural and dual construction . Seeing from system developments aspect, the nation establish the interferes mechanism of female employment;Female and equal employment in protection in lawmaking power; Encourage the youth to start a business independence in policy;Develop the productivity strongly, adjusts the industrial structure reasonably, creates for female more employment opportunities and provide the more superior employment environment;Changes the present condition against the female employment mechanism, establish the two sexes employment mechanism that develop into the target. ; Seeing from culture developments aspect, to set up the advanced sex culture, and enhance female occupation ability developments, increasing its occupation position with take up employment the level of structure.更多还原
