【摘要】 现代物流正在成长为一个新型的产业部门和国民经济的重要支柱。现代化的港口物流是拉动港口地区经济增长和增强港口城市综合竞争力的重要手段。港口物流发展的研究具有重要的现实意义。国内外学者对港口物流的发展问题已有不少研究成果，但进行定量研究物流发展仍显得不足。本文从理论和实证两个方面对港口物流发展进行了较为深入的综合性研究。全文包括引言共七章。主要研究内容可概括为如下几个方面。1.理论探讨。在对物流理论进行梳理的基础上，提出了港口物流的内容、特点，以及港口物流活动的基本要素；探讨了港口物流发展的目标、功能，以及港口物流成本分析；提出了港口物流系统的基本模式。2.现状与趋势分析。分析了港口物流发展过程中所存在的问题，探讨了港口物流发展趋势。3.实证分析。建立了港口物流发展的系统模型；采用动态指标与静态指标相结合的方法，构造了港口物流发展水平的综合评价指标体系。应用因子分析和聚类分析方法，定量分析了我国主要港口物流发展水平。4.调控指标。利用平衡记分卡法，构造了天津港港口物流发展的调控指标，分析了天津港与国外及国内先进城市港口物流发展的差距，并对天津港港口物流发展的优劣势进行了简要分析。5.对策建议。根据评价结果及调控指标分析，给出了促进天津港港口物流发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Moden logistics is becoming a new professional division, a new industry and a pillor of the national economy. Modern port logistics is an important means making economy grow and improving integrated contest power of port citys in port regions. The study on the development of port logistics has a practical significance. Though the domestic and international scholars have already had a large amount of researching results to the question of development of port logistics, but the quantitative analysis about study of development of port logistics are lack of integrate research. This text goes on a deep and comparatively comprehensive study from theory and demonstration analysis about the integrated evaluation of port logistics development. Including the introduction the full text adds up to seven chapters. The main research contents can be summarized as the following several respects:1.Discussing on development of port logistics from theory. It summarizes and puts forward that the implication, characteristics, basic element of port logistics. And discusses that the targets, functions and costs of port logistics too, Then it gives the basic model of port logistics system.2.Analyzing from current situation and trend of port logistics development. This text analyzes simply the problems in the development of port logistics, and discusses on development trend of port logistics.3.Demonstration analysis about development of port logistics in our country. This text sets up the system model on development of port logistics. And constructs integrated evaluation index system in the method of combining dynamic index and static index, then analyzing quantitatively development level of port logistics of main ports in our country.4.Adjusting and controlling indexes about development of port logistics in our country. According to Balanced Scorecard This text constructs adjusting and controlling indexes about development of port logistics in Tianjin port. And analyze that gaps between Tianjin port and the domestic & international advanced ports in development of port logistics, Then analyze simply that advantages and disadvantages of development of port logistics in Tianjin port.5.Countermeasures and suggestions on accelerating development of logistics in Tianjin port.
