不同碱化度土壤在煤烟脱硫废渣改良过程中的物理化学变化及改良效果的研究

【摘要】 本文对煤烟脱硫废渣(主要成分为石膏)改良碱土进行了理论研究,方法上以室内土柱淋溶模拟为主。试验结果表明:不同碱化度的土壤从物理性质和化学性质看都随着碱化度的增高而变劣;碱化度越高,越不利于作物的出苗和生长。碱化度不同,土壤的石膏改良效率亦不同,随着碱化度的升高,石膏的改良效率显著提高;碱化度越高,提高的幅度越大。结合土柱试和盆栽试验的结果综合分析,在土壤碱化度低于30%的轻、中度碱化土壤通过水利与农业措施相结合的办法而不用化学改良剂就可以改良好;而碱化度大于30%的土壤,必须在水利措施的配合下,利用化学改良剂才能达到改良的目的。对石膏施用方法中二元结构的进一步研究发现:碱化度大于30%的土壤,采用1:1型的二元结构明显优于1:3型的二元结构。1:1型结构改良效果好、速度快、省石膏、节水,1:3型则差一筹。碱化度小于30%的土壤,采用1:1型结构的施用方法改良效果、速度、节水方面也都优于1:3型结构;但在省石膏方面,1:1型结构较1:3型差一些。

【Abstract】 Study on effect of using sulfur-removal waste residue (the main composition is gypsum) to improve the alkaline siol in the method of siol column indoor. The results are as follows: With the alkalinityof siol increasing,different alkalinities siol become inferior in the physical and chemical property. The higher alkalization degree, the more disadvantagous crops seed and growth. When the alkalinity of soil with gypsum is as well different. The effciency is better with the siol alkalinity increasing.And the alkalinity is higer, the increasing scape is bigger. Combinating the siol column and potted plant experiment synthesize analysis that the soil alkalinity below 30% can be all improved by hydraulic and agricultural measure without the chemical amendment. When the alkalinity is over 30%, however, the alkaline soil must be made use of the chemical measure gathering water conservancy to attain improvement .To use the binary construction in the apply methods on improving alkaline soil with gypsum further research discovery: Alkalinity above 30%, 1:1 structure is obviously supperior to 1:3 structure. 1:1 it is better effect of improvement, quickly volocity, economizing gypsum and water than 1:3 structure. When the alkalinity is below 30%, adopt 1:1 constructure is also supperior to 1:3 in the effect and colocity. But, in the economizing gypsum side, 1:1 structure is inferior to 1:3.
