断路器瞬动特性试验中计算机控制与检测技术

【摘要】 断路器进行瞬动特性试验时,由于合闸相角的原因,试验电路中会产生暂态电流,暂态电流的存在对试验精度产生严重的影响。为了消除暂态电流,本文阐述了一种基于快速傅立叶变换(FFT)的交流选相合闸技术的原理以及实现方法,保证了检测精度。试验中,为了快速准确的产生不同等级的试验电流,采用改变变压器变比与电动调压相结合的方法。电动调压器加入定位系统,将开关量控制改变为连续控制,改善了系统的动、静态品质。 文章最后,介绍了计算机控制的断路器瞬动特性试验设备。本设备集控制、数据检测、数据处理、波形显示功能为一体的集成化设备。

【Abstract】 In the experiment of testing instantaneous characteristics for circuit breaker, the transient current exists in the experimental circuit because of the closing making angle, which has serious influence on the testing precision. In order to eliminate the transient current and ensure the test precision, this paper introduces the principle and the method of phase selection of the AC based on FFT(Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm) .The method of changing the transformer’s ration and power regulating voltage are used in order to yield various levels of testing current accurately and quickly. The location device has added to the voltage regulator, changing the switch control to the continuous control, consequently the static and dynamic characteristic of the system is improved.The circuit breaker’s instantaneous characteristics test equipment controlled by computer is introduced at the end of this paper. It is the integrated equipment which can control, check and process the data, display the wave.
