【摘要】 本文论述了一个SMS增值系统的开发和设计，对手机杂志系统的开发和研究，先从总体上介绍综合人工平台的体系结构，再从系统分析和设计角度全面介绍手机杂志系统的设计和实现，根据中国联通寻呼事业部北京分公司关于手机杂志的需求开发本系统，及该系统是怎样基于综合人工平台建立的。本论文主要介绍如何完成建立一套手机杂志发送系统，系统人员怎样对信息进行采编，审核，并做到定时，到时，到限发送杂志信息，及资费是如何设定。 论文论述用负载均衡策略来实现系统网关系统的开发和搭建，采用了较好的负载分配策略，解决了当数据量大的时候单一网关负载过大的问题，避免了数据包丢失的现象，论文还详细的阐述了几种设计模式，特别是经典的MVC模式，及模式在系统开发和设计中的重要性，以及各种模式的联系，最后介绍了通信及其相关软件开发的两种前沿技术—J2ME和Brew技术及其两者之间的区别和各自的优缺点。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fast development of the communication network, the increasing in a large amount of quantity, the shrinking in a large amount of calling business, UNICOM calling department needs to set up new system to launch the new business urgently, attract new users.This paper has described a development and design of SMS attached value system, the development and studying to the magazine system of the cell-phone , introduce the system structure of the comprehensive artificial platform on the whole , and then realize from network analysis and design the angle to introduce the magazine system of the cell-phone, develop this system about the demand for the cell-phone magazine according to the branch company of Beijing of Division of CHINA Unicorn’s calling, and this system is how to be set up because of the comprehensive artificial platform. This thesis introduces how to finish setting up a set of cell- phones magazine and sending the system mainly, how systematic personnel gather and edit information, verify, and accomplish timing, then, will get the limit will send the information of the magazine, and how the expenses are be established .Several kinds of design modes of exposition with still detailed thesis, especially classical MVC mode, and the importance in the development of the system and design of mode, introduced two kinds of front technology of communication and relevant software development finally- J2ME, Brew technology and the difference between the two and one’s own pluses and minuses.Summarized the gains and realizing and hearty thanks to the tutor while this system is developed and studies finally.更多还原
