反求工程技术在可移式气动压管机中的应用研究

【摘要】 反求工程是一门快速发展的新兴学科,它是在原有设计基础上的深化和再创造。与传统的将设计思想转化为实际产品的设计方法不同,反求工程是根据已有的产品获得其数据。它不仅从技术上完成了传统技术所不能实现的功能,提供了产品设计的新方法,而且可以大大缩短设计时间,加快设计周期。反求工程基于原型的再设计是适应瞬息万变的市场需求,迅速进行产品开发和创新设计的最佳途径之一。从工程技术角度看,根据反求对象的不同,反求工程技术可以分为实物反求、软件反求和影像反求三类。实物反求是在已有实物条件下,通过试验、测绘和详细分析,再创造出新产品的过程。由于存在具体的机械实物,又称实物反求设计,是反求工程最常用的设计方法,也是最有效的反求设计方法。本文即对一台美国进口的装配海底光缆的专用设备-可移式气动压管机进行实物反求设计,以原型产品为依据,研究反求工程在产品的设计中的实际应用。 本文利用反求工程的设计方法,探索分析了原型产品设计的指导思想和技术特点,对其设计原理、结构、材料、工艺装配、使用等进行分析研究,以“反求设计的目标是以获得良好的机器性能而不是再现原型为目的”为指导思想,反求过程中对原型产品进行创新和改进,研制生产出比原型产品功能更强、性能更好的产品。 对原型产品进行反求过程中,采用现代设计方法进行创新设计,并将虚拟样机技术应用到反求设计中,利用虚拟样机软件ADAMS 对机械传动机构进行建模和动态仿真,并对机构进行优化设计,找出了最佳方案,简化了设计过程,缩短了产品的研制周期。
【Abstract】 Reverse engineering, which improves and recreates bases on original design,is a rapidly developing discipline. Different from the conventional engineeringwhich transforms engineering concepts and models into real parts, thereverse engineering transforms the real parts into new engineering conceptsand produce better parts. Reverse engineering not only provides a new methodfor product design, but also shortens the design cycle greatly. For catering tothe demands of the market, the reverse design based on prototypes is one of theoptimal approaches to develop new products. According to the reverse object,reverse engineering is sorted into real object, software and image. The reverseengineering of real object, which is also called the reverse design of real object,is a process to recreate new products after experiments, measurement anddetail analysis based on the given objects. Based on a special equipment usedto assemble the submarine cable—a removable pneumatic pipe extrudingmachine imported from U.S.A, this paper mainly studies the practicalapplication of the reverse technology in the design of the equipment. On the principle of “the aim of the reverse design is to get better mechanicalproperties not to reappear the prototype”, we should renovate and improve onthe original equipment. Therefore, in order to develop and produce the betterproducts with more powerful performance, the paper not only probes andanalyses the design ideas and the technology characteristics of the originalproduct but also studies the design principle, structure, material, assemblingprocess of the original equipment. In the paper, we apply the modern design method and the virtualprototype technology to the reverse design of the prototype product. ADAMS,a virtual prototype software, is used to build up the model and make thedynamic simulation of the actuating mechanism. After the optimum design ofthe mechanism, we find out the optimal solution, simplify the design processand shorten the development cycle.
