铜管铝翅片散热器的理论研究及仿真模拟设计

【摘要】 随着社会的不断发展,人民物质文化水平的不断提高,住宅对散热器的要求呈现多样化的趋势,现有的各种散热器形式已不能完全符合居民的要求,所以各种新型的散热器不断涌现,铜管铝翅片散热器就是在这种大形式影响下应运而生的一种新型的铜铝对流式散热器。铜管铝翅片散热器以其优良的散热性能及新颖美观的造型赢得了各层次居民及众多生产厂家的青睐,蕴藏着广大的市场潜力及无限的发展前景。本文对铜管铝翅片散热器的性能及优缺点进行了全面的介绍与评价,对目前散热器的发展形势作了简要的阐述,分析并对比了现有各种散热器的优缺点,指出了铜管铝翅片散热器的发展与研究现状,得出对其进行理论研究的可行性及必要性。在此基础之上,通过借鉴与学习现有理论及经验,设计并制造了两管式及四管式铜管铝翅片散热器各一种,对其散热性能进行了详细的测量与分析,并得出相应的散热性能测试数据。在实验过程中,特别针对外罩表面涂料的影响进行了测试与分析。该论文的重点是对铜管铝翅片散热器的结构形式及换热机理进行了非常详细的研究分析,得出对该种散热器进行换热计算的研究思路及理论方法,通过对这种理论计算方法进行计算机辅助设计计算得出相应的计算结果,再与试验结果进行对比、分析与修正,最终总结出一套适用于铜管铝翅片散热器的理论计算方法,并对这种方法的适用性以及实用价值作了简单的介绍与评价。

【Abstract】 With the developing of the society and the advancing of people’s level of matter and culture, the requirements about radiators are becoming diversified, and the current styles of the radiator can’t satisfy the residents yet. So all kinds of new-style radiators are coming forth. The radiator with copper-tube and aluminum-fin is just one of the new-style radiators. It has not only the better capability of heat transfer, but also the novel and beautiful sculpt, so it has been enjoyed by the residents of all classes, and also attracted many manufactures producing radiators, then it has good developing potential and nice future.This article fully introduces the capabilities of the radiator with copper-tube and aluminum-fin, simply discusses the developing situation of radiators, analyzes and compares the current kinds of radiators, shows the status of the development and study of this new-style radiator, and educes the feasibility and necessity of the theory study. Based upon above theoretical basis, two radiators of this kind has been designed and produced, and been tested for its heat transfer capability. Through the test, it has been found that the dope on the surface has hardly any effect on the capability of heat transfer. The emphasis of this thesis is to explain the structure of the radiator with copper-tube and aluminum-fin and to study the heat transfer mechanism about it, then to find the method of study in theory and to calculate the results through the computer programming, after that, through comparing, analyzing and correcting the results with the test dates, to conclude the whole theoretical method of evaluating the heat transfer capability about the radiator with copper-tube and aluminum-fin at last. The applicability and the practicability about this method are also been discussed in this article.
