住宅结构体系评价指标体系的研究和应用——在密肋壁板结构体系中的应用

【摘要】 住宅产业作为我国的传统产业,长期处于粗放型的生产阶段,住宅结构体系形式单一,建筑质量与功能较差,工业化程度不高,劳动生产率及技术含量低,能源和原材料消耗大。因此节约土地、节约能源、保护环境迫在眉睫。为此必须发展新型节能环保的住宅结构体系。 本文从住宅结构体系出发,研究了住宅结构体系的分类及各自特点,在此基础上建立了住宅结构体系评价指标体系,从住宅结构的可靠性、节能环保性、经济性、适用性、产业化程度等五个方面进行综合评价。 应用本文建立起来的住宅结构评价指标体系对密肋壁板轻框结构体系进行了模糊综合评价,评价的方法为:AHP—Fuzzy法。作为比较分析,还对几种常见的砖混结构体系、框架结构体系、剪力墙结构体系分别进行模糊综合评价。评价结果表明:密肋壁板轻框结构体系综合性能最好,剪力墙结构体系次之,砖混结构和框架结构体系综合性能一般。 通过对比分析各种典型住宅结构体系在各指标项上的差异,可以看出每种住宅结构体系在某些方面存在一些优势;而在另一些方面又存在劣势。在实际使用中应根据具体的实际情况来加以选择。针对陕西省各地现有住宅结构体系的特点,最后结合全省社会经济发展的特点,给出了发展陕西省住宅结构体系的一些对策建议。

【Abstract】 As a trational industry, housing industries have been a new growth point Chinese national economy and one of the pillar industries of national economic development. However, the structural modality is onefold, building of dwelling house remain with the extensive production in China, The productivity is low and wastage of the resource is generous; so, it is necessary for housing structure sysyem to study and application new technologyThe technological development of housing industriy modernization is acomplex systematic project; technological development in dwelling house structure is important for housing industriy modernization in ChinaAfter the study of dwelling house structure class and characteristic, there set up a primary index system for evaluating the grade of dwelling house structure system. There are five aspects in the index system, the reliability, building energy saving, economy, applicability, and degree of industrialization, the evaluation method is the AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method in the paper. Four types of representative residential construction system, such as Mixed structure (brick and concrete) , frame class structure, shearing strength wall structure and multi-ribed structure. They were compared and analysis in the index system, The result of comprehensive evaluation indicate: in the compositive capability side, the multi-ribed structure system is good, shearing strength wall structure take second place, mixed structure and frame class structure is ecumenic.By comparing the difference of the representative structure system in each index. We can draw a conclusion that one structure has predominance in some indexes but has inferior position in other one indexes. The index system established is a help to technical development of institute dwelling house structure system. And put forward the regional mode of the technological development of housing structure system in Shananxi Province and some related policies and suggestions.Based on the investigation and research on the existing conditions of Xi’an, Xianyang, Baoji, Hanzhong and Yulin theses five cities, comprehensively analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the technological development of housing structure system in Shanxi Province. At last, the author gives some advice for technical development of institute dwelling house structure system in Shananxi province.
