高频电主轴系统电机参数设计及其优化方法研究

【摘要】 高频电主轴是高速加工机床中的核心功能部件,它将机床主轴与电机的功能从结构上融合为一体,省去了复杂的中间传动环节,具有调速范围宽、振动噪声小、可快速起动和准停等优点。它不仅具有极高的生产率,而且可以显著地提高零件的加工精度和表面质量,是目前国内外技术竞争的焦点和热点之一。 电主轴关键的功能部件是高速电机的定子和转子。目前国内尚没有系统成熟的专门针对高频电主轴的电机设计方法。作者借鉴传统电机的设计方法,并结合电主轴本身结构和电磁设计上的特点,提出了系统的针对高频电主轴电机的设计方法。在此基础上编写了基于Matlab的电主轴设计计算程序,并以瑞士Ibag公司生产的HF230.4A20 CFHKP型电主轴为设计实例,利用该型号高频电主轴的技术要求,经过设计程序的计算,将得到的设计数据与产品数据进行比较,证实了所提出的设计方法的有效性。 以上述电主轴设计方法为基础,进一步进行了优化设计研究。提出了以电主轴的功率密度为目标函数、以结构上和功能上需要达到的要求为约束条件,以电机参数优化设计为主要内容的优化设计思路,并进行了实例计算。考虑到该优化问题的目标函数非常复杂且涉及到不等式约束、离散变量的处理技术等问题,采用了基于遗传算法的优化计算方法。 针对基于上述设计思想及优化设计算法的设计结果,考虑到高频电主轴驱动的矢量控制特点,本文建立了基于Matlab/simulink的异步型电主轴矢量控制仿真模型,并进行了数字仿真与分析。仿真结果表明所设计的电机的性能指标达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 High frequence electro-spindle is the core component of high frequence MC.It functions as lathe spindle also as motor spindle.It avoids complicated transmission eqippment and has such advantages as wide range of speed modulation,low vibration , quick start and nicety stop.It improved production efficiency and manufacturing quality greatly.This technology is the focus and hot point of technology competition across the world.Stator and rotor of high speed motor is the key component of high frequence electro-spindle. The design method of high frequence electro-spindle was introduced referring to aynchronous motor design theory because there exits no systematic design theory on it in China presently.Of course the speciality of its structure and elelectromagnet was considered.Based on this design treory,a programme of designing high frequence eletro-spindle was realized with the computer language of matlab.An actual example was taken to prove this method.This example is a product of Ibag corporation of Switzerland with the type of HF230.4A20 CFHKP.Then take a comparision between computional parameter and actual product parameter.On the basis of designing method, optimization model was completely built inclding design parameter,target function and constraint condition. The target function was power density of motor.Then its optimization result was presented by means of genetic algorithm because of some discrete parameter , complicated target function and inequation constraint.This algorithm can be contained in matlab,which was downloaded from internet at web site www.fecitcom.cn. If the optimization model was built,the result will be gained easily using GA toolbox.To get a wider range of frequence modulation,driving technology of high frequence electro-spindle uses vector control.This paper has built simulation model of vector control system based on software of Madab/sirnulink After setting inner parameter of it,we can see the simulation plot and understand thatthe technology index of high speed motor designed is right.
