形状记忆合金自复位隔震结构地震反应分析

【摘要】 结构振动控制是一种新型的抗震技术,其中以基础隔震技术的理论最为成熟,因而得到了广泛的应用。形状记忆合金自复位阻尼器具有独特的双旗型恢复力曲线,本文提出将这种阻尼器与叠层橡胶垫组成新型隔震装置,以期在降低结构地震反应的同时还能够获得震后的复位功能。 为了验证上述隔震体系的可行性和合理性,检验其隔振与复位效果,本文进行了一系列理论分析与程序模拟,主要内容有: 首先,针对形状记忆合金本构关系中复杂的微分方程组,提出了一种采用对分法的数值求解方法,以得到形状记忆合金材料相变伪弹性过程中的应力—应变关系,编制计算机程序并进行了数值模拟。其次,简述了形状记忆合金自复位阻尼器的构造形式和工作原理,编制计算机程序并对阻尼器在静力循环荷载下的力学性能进行了分析,得出其滞回曲线。为了应用方便并能满足精度的要求,提出了形状记忆合金自复位阻尼器的分段线性化恢复力模型。接着,对设有形状记忆合金自复位隔震装置的实际结构进行了弹塑性地震反应分析,并与非隔震结构进行了对比,以验证上述隔震装置的减震效果和复位性能。在此基础上,考察了隔震层恢复力参数对结构动力反应的影响,确定了参数选取的原则。最后,结合现行抗震规范,给出了形状记忆合金自复位隔震结构的一种简化设计方法。 研究结果表明,文中所提的数值求解方法能够反映形状记忆合金相变伪弹性的基本特征;形状记忆合金自复位阻尼器在循环荷载下呈现出典型的双旗型滞回曲线,程序的模拟结果与理论分析相吻合;这种新型隔震装置的性能优良,既可以大大减轻地震对上部结构的影响,同时也具有很好的震后自复位功能。这些工作为进一步研究自复位隔震装置的特性及层间隔震技术奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The structure vibration control is a new method of anti-earthquake in civil engineer. Because of the mature theory, the base isolation is adopted widely. Since the shape memory alloys re-centring damper is provided with hysteretic curve in the "double flag" type, to suppress the response of structure and get the capacity of fully re-centring, the new isolation system combining the above damper with laminated rubber bearing is proposed.To illustrate the feasibility and verify the isolation and re-centring effect of the above system, a series of theory analysis and calculating program is presented in this paper. The following work is done:First, because the constitution relation of shape memory alloys is expressed by differential equation, solving the equation becomes unusual complex. The method of bisection is introduced to carry though value calculation, in this way, the relation of stress and strain is revealed. Secondly, the specific configuration and functioning principle of shape memory alloys re-centring damper is introduced. The mechanical property of damper under static reversed loading is analyzed by program, and the hysteretic curve is obtained. In order to meet the requirement of simplifying and precision, a linear restoring model is put forward. Then, the elasto-plastic time history analysis for re-centring isolation structure with shape memory alloys is carried out, and compared with fixed structure the control effect and fully re-centring capacity of the new isolation system is verified. In addition, the influence of restoring model parameter is illustrated, so the principle of selecting above parameter is gained. At last, according the present seismic code, the simplified design method for structure with shape memory alloys re-centring isolation device is introduced.The study result is listed as follow: The transformation pseudo-elasticity property of shape memory alloys is simulated exactly with the above mentioned method of value calculation. The shape memory alloys re-centring damper presents typical "double flag" hysteretic curve, and the result accords with the theory analysis. The property of above new isolation device is excellent, the seismic response of the super-structure is significantly reduced, and the fully re-centring capacity after earthquake is obtained. All the research lay foundations for further theoretical research of the re-centring device for isolation and the floor isolation techniques.
