【摘要】 本文在深入分析和讨论敏捷制造和供应链研究现状与不足的基础上，重点研究了敏捷制造基础理论、供应链管理基本方法和面向敏捷制造供应链的建模方法，为企业顺利实施敏捷制造模式下的供应链管理提供坚实的理论上和方法上的指导。 在绪论部分，论文分析了目前企业竞争环境的变化，给出了敏捷制造模式和供应链管理的国内外研究现状。 第二章围绕在绪论中提出的理论框架，回顾了近几年来国内外出现的先进制造技术，继而分析了敏捷制造的产生原因和对敏捷制造进行研究的理论框架。 论文在第三章首先对各种对供应链的的基本原理进行分析，详细讨论了敏捷制造供应链的本质特点，提出了敏捷制造供应链管理的难点和管理原则。 第四章介绍了敏捷制造供应链建模所涉及的相关理论，对敏捷供应链的组建过程进行建模，分析了敏捷供应链组建过程中的关键因素。给出了面向敏捷制造的供应链系统的优化模型。在本章最后，论文对敏捷供应链研究所涉及到的一些使能技术进行了介绍。 最后，在第五章对国内制造业的分析基础上，对全文的研究工作进行了总结，给出主要研究成果，并对国内制造业的发展提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis and overview of related literature and research status in agile manufacturing and supply chain, this thesis is mainly concerned foundational agile manufacturing theory and supply chain theory as well as supply chain modelling methodology under agile manufacturing. The thesis aims to provide theoretical and methodological guidance for enterprises to set up reasonable supply chain management based on agile manufacturing.At the beginning of chapter 1, it analyses the competitive environment of today’s enterprises, then chapter 1 discusses the present research situation on agile manufacturing and supply chain management.Chapter 2 introduces foundational manufacturing theory. Then it reviews the manufacturing technologies newly appeared in these years, and gives the reason of agile manufacturing emergency.Chapter 3 firstly analyses the supply chain management theory, describes the essence of supply chain management under agile manufacturing. At the end of this chapter, the difficulties and principles of supply chain management are presented.Chapter 4 introduces the related modelling theories concerning supply chain management under agile manufacturing. After that, the process to establish supply chain management model is given with the key factors. Before the end of this chapter, we show the optimised model of supply chain management based agile manufacturing and several key enabled technologies.Finally, chapter 5 summarizes the whole thesis and presents advices for domestic manufacturing enterprises after analyses the present situation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.更多还原
