化玻企业库存管理系统的分析与设计

【摘要】 在企业的总资产中,库存成本往往占到30%左右。由于库存资产在企业的资产总额中所占的比率相当大,其管理与利用情况直接关系到企业的资金占用水平以及资产运作效率。一方面,如果库存量过大,占用资金量过多,易于造成流动资金周转不灵;另一方面,如果库存量过少,不能满足生产、销售的实际需要,势必要增加采购次数或生产批次,加大了采购或生产成本,从而减少了企业的利润。因此,通过建立企业库存管理信息系统进行来降低库存成本,必将成为提升企业“第三利润源(the third profits source)”的重要途径。同时也为企业全面实施ERP系统打好基础,降低实施ERP系统的风险。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,企业迫切需要利用高效的库存管理信息系统来降低企业的库存成本,提高库存信息的利用度,增强企业的市场竞争力。因此,对库存管理理论进行研究和开发库存管理信息系统将是我国未来一段时间内的企业信息化领域的重要研究课题之一。 本文讨论了库存管理的相关理论,结合我国中小型化玻企业的行业特点,提出了我国中小型化玻企业管理信息系统中库存管理子系统设计开发的解决方案。论文中把化玻企业分成生产型和流通型两大类,对库存管理系统的分析和设计采用了UML,系统的开发实现采用Delphi6.0集成环境和SOL Server2000数据库。

【Abstract】 Inventory cost has occupied 30 percent of enterprise’s overall capital. Because the capital of inventory has great percentage of enterprise’s overall capital, the management and usage of inventory capital is very important to enterprise management. If the inventory is too great and occupying too much overall capital, the flow-fund will be inefficient in turning over. On the other hand, if the inventory is too little and cannot meet the requirement of production or distribution, the purchase times and purchase cost will be increased and the profit of enterprise will be decreased. So the establishment of enterprise’s inventory management system will be an efficient way to increase the enterprise’s third profits source. At the same time, that will make the enterprise to prepare for putting ERP into practice entirely and reduce the risk of fulfilling ERP system. As the market competition increasingly fury, the implement of efficient inventory management system become more and more imminence. Consequently, it destines to become one of important studying tasks in future to research and design inventory management system.In this paper, I discussed the inventory theory and brought out the inventory management system of enterprises of chemical reagents and glass instrument. I classified the enterprises of chemical reagents and glass instrument as manufacturing enterprises and distributing enterprises. I analysed and designed the system with UML. And the system was implemented with Delphi6.0 and SQL Server 2000.
