基于第三方物流的装备维修库存管理研究

【摘要】 第三方物流在商业企业的广泛应用及其良好效果，引起了军事物流的关注。世界各国都在努力研究军事保障社会化的可能性，我国近年也开始将一些通用物资交由第三方物流企业管理，但是对一些重要的战略物资依然沿用过去的管理方法。就装备维修库存管理而言，传统的管理方式存在某种程度上的不足，这将会影响维修的效率以及任务完成的及时性，不能适应现代战争模式的变化。 针对这些问题，论文以装备维修库存管理为主线，以第三方物流管理装备维修库存的思想为切入点，结合第三方物流的特性及管理方法，研究了基于第三方物流的装备维修库存管理。 论文在分析现状和总结装备维修库存管理发展历程的基础上，首先，对第三方物流的行业发展、市场环境及现实意义等方面进行了分析，得出第三方物流管理装备维修库存是可行的；其次，分析了装备维修库管理存在的问题，在此基础上分析了第三方物流对这些问题的改善；第三，基于第三方物流的装备维修库存管理模式的实现、流程的优化、策略构建以及风险防范等进行了分析和探讨；最后，结合国外第三方物流管理装备维修库存的实例，分析讨论了在处理类似问题所可能出现的问题及影响因素，这些对降低维修库存成本、提高整体管理水平和服务质量，更好地完成装备维修任务是非常有益的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The third party logistics wide application and good result in the business enterprise have attracted the attention from military logistics. The countries all over the world are making great efforts to researching the possibility of socializing the military guarantee. In the meanwhile, some common materials come to outsourcing to the third party logistics business in recent years in China, but some important strategic materials still continue to be managed by traditional procedure. As far as the maintenance inventory of equipment management is concerned, the traditional management mode has deficiency, and will influence efficiency of maintenance and quality in time that the task will be finished, which could not adapt to the variety of the modern war mode.To these questions, this paper proposes managing the maintenance inventory of equipment by TPL. The managing the maintenance inventory of equipment by TPL is researched on the basis of TPL’s characteristic and management method.After analysis the current situation and conclusion the development trend of the maintenance inventory of equipment, first, market environment and realistic function of TPL are analyzed; the paper draws a conclusion that it is feasible to manage the maintenance inventory of equipment by TPL. Then, the paper analyzes the existing problem in management mode of maintenance inventory of equipment and the improvement of these problems by TPL. Meanwhile, analysis and discussion about building the management mode, construction tactics and risk precautions on the basis of TPL are carried on. At last, the case about managing the maintenance inventory of equipment by TPL abroad is analyzed; the proved is beneficial to reduce the cost of maintenance inventory, and improve the management level and service quality, and finish the maintenance task easily.更多还原
