数控设备维修管理系统及其故障诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 设备维修管理在企业管理中是技术性要求很强的领域，对制造企业在战略和策略上都具有十分重要的意义。本文对网络环境下的设备维修管理进行的研究，其目的在于计算机管理设备维修工作中的信息，辅助各层管理人员做出相关决策。 本文首先对目前某公司设备维修管理的现状进行了分析，提出了当前设备维修管理中存在的问题，针对问题本课题组开发了数控设备维修管理信息系统。然后，讲述了该系统的总体开发方案，提出了系统需要达到的目标，并做出系统初步设计方案。接着，讲述了系统的详细设计部分，采用IDEF建模规范建立了系统的功能模型和信息模型，采用JSP语言作为系统开发工具，使用Javabeans组件技术对系统进行组件化开发，采用B／S模式开发网络数据库，后台使用SQLserver作为数据库管理系统，最后给出系统的运行结果。最后，本文对设备的故障诊断做了一些初步的研究工作，介绍了在前面所开发的数控设备维修管理系统的基础上利用专家系统技术实现故障诊断，着重介绍了知识库的构建和推理机的设计，并给出了实现的部分结果。 本文研究的部分成果已经在某国有大型制造企业得到了实际应用，并获得了满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of enterprise management, machine maintainable management needs strong professional technology. It contains very important strategy and stratagem for an enterprise to survive and win in the market competition. A management information system of machine maintainance built on the Web is introduced in this paper. The intention is to realize computational management for the information of machine maintenance, helping managers to make right decisions.Firstly, in this paper, the current status of machine maintainable management for one Industry Corporation is analyzed, and then aim at to solve the existing problem, Numerical Control Machine Maintainable Management Information System is developed. In the second section, the total development of the system is presented, and the ultimate goal of the system is advanced, then elementary blueprint of the system design is amplified. Thirdly, careful design and development for NC machine Maintainance MIS is introduced. For instance, establishing system function model and information model using IDEF modeling method is explained in detail. Besides, this system is designed by using JSP language, and using component object model (JavaBeans) technology on system development. So, this system is a Web database that is developed on B/S module, using SQLserver2000 as the database management system. In the forth section of this paper, the fault diagnosis of machine is discussed elementarily; in this paper, building a fault diagnosis on basis of NC machine Maintainance MIS is introduced by using expert system technology. Besides, construction of knowledge base and design of reasoning machine is introduced. Finally, the result of the run and test for NC machine Maintainance MIS and its fault diagnosis system is presented.Some studies in this paper have been put into practice in 50th department of one Industry Corporation and satisfactory effect has been achieved.更多还原
