氯胺酮复合不同比例异丙酚静脉麻醉对血流动力学的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究氯胺酮复合不同比例异丙酚静脉麻醉对血流动力学的影响。方法:选择90例短小体表手术患者,随机分为三组,分别采用氯胺酮0.5mg·kg-1复合异丙酚0.25mg·kg-1、0.5mg·kg-1、1mg·kg-1进行静脉复合麻醉,术中观察血压、心率变化。结果:第2组患者用药后,血压和心率较其他两组稳定。结论:第2组的氯胺酮和异丙酚的复合比例对血流动力学的影响最小。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects on hemodynamics of combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine and propofol in different proportion .Methods: 90 patients who need rapid and external operation were selected and randomly divided into three groups , group 1: combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine 0.5 mg · kg-1 and propofol 0.25 mg · kg-1 ;group 2: combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine 0.5 mg · kg-1 and propofol 0.5 mg · kg-1 ;group 3: combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine 0.5 mg · kg-1 and propofol 1 mg · kg-1 . Heart rate and blood pressure were recorded . Results: The patients heart rate and blood pressure of group 2 were more stable than those of the other groups . Conclusion: Combined intravenous anesthesia with ketamine 0.5 mg· kg-1 and propofol 0.5 mg · kg-1 can offer the most stable hemodynamics.
