PIP在大型工程建设中应用的研究

【摘要】 大型工程项目在整个建筑业中占据了非常重要的地位，其建设的成败关系到国家固定资产投资的成败，影响着整个国民经济的发展。高效的信息沟通是建设项目成功实施的关键，但由于工程分布范围广，参与方众多，组织协调难度大，造成项目参与各方在信息沟通与协作上存在许多困难。Internet技术的出现为项目信息沟通问题提供了解决之道。 PIP(Proiect Information Portal，译为：项目信息门户)是指利用Internet技术，以项目为核心，在项目实施的全生命周期内对项目参与各方产生的信息进行集中管理的基础上，为项目参与各方在Internet平台上提供获取项目信息的单一入口，使他们根据其权限获取项目的信息；为管理层提供个性化的、定制的数据信息。它在欧美等工业发达国家的建筑业中广泛应用。 PIP作为一个高效率的项目管理工具，它在工程项目中应用不仅是一个技术问题，同时也是一个组织和管理问题，它的成功应用依赖于一定的数据基础和组织管理环境。本文主要研究PIP在大型工程项目中的应用问题。笔者在大量参考国内外相关软件产品和文献资料的基础上，对下列问题进行了研究： (1)分析了PIP的含义，对PIP的应用组织环境进行探讨，分析了基于PIP的信息管理和沟通方式。 (2)分析了PIP的主要功能。 (3)对PIP在大型工程建设中应用时遇到的主要问题进行了分析探讨，在此基础上提出了我国建筑业中应用PIP亟待解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The large project is important in the construction industry. Its development determines the situation of the fixed assets investment and affect the development of national economy. It is critical for performing project successfully to communicate among project participants effectively. Because of the project spreading widely, a great deal of participants and difficulty in coordinating between organizations, it is hard to coordinate among a geographical dispersed project team. The emergence of information technology tools such as Internet provides opportunities to improve the communication process.Project Information Portal (PIP), an Internet-based project communication solution, makes project as its center and centralizes the information which project participants create in the life cycle of project. The functions of PIP are providing the single entry for project participants obtaining information by personal interface, and providing the personalized information for the management. PIP is applied in the construction industry of advanced countries such as Europe and America.PIP being a high-efficiency project management tool, the application of it is not only a technological but also an organizing and managerial issue. The application of PIP depends on project information infrastructure and corresponding management environments. This paper focuses on the application and implementation of PIP in large projects. Based on thorough study of related software products and latest research results, this paper mainly studies the followings:i .Analyzes the concept of PIP, studies the application environment of PIP, and analyzes the mode of information management and communication based on application of PIP.ii .Analyzes the main functions of PIP.iii.Discusses some key problem in application of PIP in large project, andpresents the problem which needs to solve in the application of PIP in our Construction Industry.更多还原
