民间资本参与风险投资对策分析

【摘要】 我国风险投资在政府政策和相关法规的扶持下，获得了相应的发展，但纵观世界各国风险投资发展的现状和历史，不难得出我国政府作为主角的风险投资，仍处于风险投资过渡初期阶段的结论，需要大量的资金参与来支撑起风险投资的发展，因此，如何使闲散的大量民间资本进入到风险投资领域，成为探讨的中心议题。本文从我国风险投资与政府、民间资本三者之间的关系入手，在借鉴各国风险投资发展经验的基础上，提出构建我国风险投资制度环境以及风险投资体系的设想。 首先，对风险投资、民间资本进行了界定，通过对风险投资发展的分阶段分析，提出民间资本参与风险投资是必要的，也是可行的； 其次，在对各国风险投资发展历史以及风险投资组织形式进行分析与比较的基础上，对政府参与风险投资提供了进一步的理论依据； 最后，在对我国风险投资发展现状分析的基础上，提出了构建我国风险投资制度环境和风险投资体系的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 The venture capital has made a rapid growth with the help of the government policies and associated laws, but looking at the present situation and history it is not difficult to draw a conclusion that the venture capital is still in a transitional period with our government playing an important role, and it demands a lot of money to join in and support venture capital. Therefore, how to make the idle capital of individuals enter into the area of venture capital becomes a highlighted topic. This article begins with the relationship among venture capital, government and private capital, and based on the experience of venture capital development in foreign countries it puts forward the suggestions to construct the system and environment of venture capital in our country.Firstly, the article gives the definition of venture capital and private capital, and by the periodical analysis of venture capital development it points out that private capital’s joining in venture capital is necessary and possible.Secondly, based on the analysis and comparison of the venture capital development history and organization type, it gives more theory evidence to government’s joining in venture capital.In the end, based on the analysis of the present situation of venture capital in our country, it puts forward the suggestions to construct the environment and system of venture capital.更多还原
