分布式电流型电火花加工电源的研究与设计

【摘要】 针对电加工工作原理,提出了一种分布式电流型电火花加工电源的新思想,并成功设计、制作了工程样机。整个电源拓扑前级采用交错并联双管正激结构构成恒流源,后级电路采用一种新颖电路拓扑,具有实现简单、工作安全和可靠的特点。在系统分析和设计的基础上,本文还对该电火花加工电源在不同加工模态时的工作情况作了详细分析,对几种典型的情况做了理论推导,给出了一些重要结论。在系统稳定性的设计上,应用小信号分析方法,对整个大系统的稳定性作了优化设计,给出了系统稳定性评价,并且设计了在满足ITAE准则时的两种补偿器,而且对它们在电路中的应用效果作了对比。最后通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性。

【Abstract】 According to the disadvantages of electrical discharge machining (EDM) power currently used, two-stage distributed current-mode EDM power have been introduced. Also, circuit topology, operation principle, control scheme and parameters design of the EDM powers are discussed in detail. On the other hand, this paper is focusing on the design of dynamic characteristic and stability between two-stage cascaded EDM power. The large-signal and small-signal model for EDM power system is derived. Based on comprehensive small-signal model analysis of the two-stage converter, control and compensation design are presented respectively. Also, matching of the two-stage cascaded EDM power supply is investigated. Finally, the two-stage cascaded EDM power is simulated in SABER situational environment. Prediction of the analysis is verified well by simulational and experimental results.
