MD11飞机航线维护排故专家系统

【摘要】 随着民航业的迅速发展,航线维护工作量的快速增长与熟练维修技术人员相对缺乏的矛盾十分突出,如何准确、快速、高效地实施航线排故是航空公司急需解决的问题。本文分析了飞机航线维护排故专家系统的特点,提出了基于二元决策图的判定故障树方法,并将该方法和基于事例推理的方法应用于专家系统的开发,给出了这两种方法的集成诊断模型。实现了一个可视化的专家系统集成开发环境软件原型,该软件原型体现了很高程度的知识维护和推理结果的可视化。 本研究充分利用维修专家的经验并结合飞机排故手册,帮助航线维护人员快速准确地根据飞机故障现象定位故障原因及故障部件。所提出并采用的思想方法是一个在开发飞机航线维护排故专家系统方面的新应用。

【Abstract】 The features of aircraft flight line maintenance expert system were analyzed in this dissertation. Decision Fault Tree (DFT) based Binary Decision Diagram (BDD) was presented, which applied in the expert system in combination with Case Based Reasoning (CBR). A diagnosis model, which integrated DFT and CBR, was built. An expert system integrated development environment software prototype with a high visualization in knowledge and inference was developed.It is a new way in the development of aircraft flight line maintenance expert system. Expertise and Fault Isolation Manual that help maintainers quickly find fault causes and failure components were adopted to a great extent.
