【摘要】 农产品买方市场初步形成以来，农业发展受到资源和市场的双重制约，农业发展停滞，农业经营效益下降，优化农业产业结构成为农业发展必由之路。本研究在结构主义经济增长理论、产业结构演进规律和二元经济结构论等经济学理论的基础上，首先通过产值比重结构对比、产业结构变动度、产业结构波动度、产业结构相似度和偏离系数等指标和方法，从多方面分析了改革开放以来湖北省农业产业结构演进与现状特征：农业产业结构逐步优化，但结构单一，面临危机；农业产业结构呈阶段性演进；农业产业结构演进缺乏动力；种植业成为湖北省农业产业结构优化障碍；农业产值与产量结构不对称，出现逆向变化；农业产业结构与周边省份趋同等。然后，选取三十多种农产品，通过分析农产品产量增长率、湖北省农产品产量比重和农产品成本纯收益率，从市场前景、规模和效益状况三方面，探讨了湖北省农业产业优势特征。最后，在前面分析基础上，结合湖北省农业产业结构演进特征和农业产业优势，指出了湖北省农业产业结构优化的指导思想和调整原则、近期任务和长期任务等对策；提出了湖北省农业产业结构优化策略性建议和农业产业发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural development is stagnant, restricting by both agricultural resource and product market with the forming of the agricultural buyer’s market. So the only way for agricultural development is structural adjustment. Under the theory of structure economy growing, the theory duality economy structure and the law of the industry structure evolution mainly, this paper, firstly, analyzes the characteristics of evolution and current situation of Hubei province’s agricultural industry structure including the evolving better, singleness, facing crisis, by stage, lack of power, crop’s development setting back the evolution, asymmetry-structure between the production value and output, the similar structure with the whole nation and the peripheral provinces, and so on.Secondly, selecting more than thirty kinds of agricultural products, through the analysis of output increasing ratio, the pure cost-income ratio and the output proportion in our nation, this paper discusses the advantage of Hubei province’s agriculture, from three aspects: market prospect, product scale and benefit situation.Finally, after the previous analysis, combining the advantage and the characteristics of Hubei province’s agriculture, this paper indicates the principle and guiding idea, the short-term and long-term basic task of Hubei province’s agricultural industry structure adjustment; delivers tactic suggestion on Hubei province’s agricultural industry structure adjustment and the agricultural industry development suggestion.更多还原
