倍流整流电路ZVS PWM全桥变换器中平面集成磁件的应用研究

【摘要】 本文结合倍流整流电路ZVS PWM全桥变换器研究了平面集成磁件的应用。文中详细分析了该变换器的工作原理,给出了该变换器的设计结果及该变换器中元件参数的选择方法。为了减小损耗,提高变换器的效率,对变换器的开关管进行了损耗分析,了解了开关管的损耗分布情况。针对该变换器给出了变换器中磁件的两种集成的方式,即双电感的集成方式和变压器与双电感的集成方式,并通过Ansoft Simplorer6.0电路仿真软件进行仿真,给出了该变换器主要元件参数的波形以及采用分立磁件和采用平面集成磁件方式下的效率曲线,验证了采用平面集成磁件方式时可以减小磁件的体积、重量和损耗,提高了变换器的功率密度和效率。
【Abstract】 In this thesis, the application of Planar Integrated Magnetics isinvestigated in the Current-Doubler-Rectifier Zero-Voltage-Switching PWM Full-Bridge converter. The operation principle of the convert-er isanalysed in detail, design result and select means of element parameters of the converter are given. In order to reduce the loss and improve power density of the converter, the losses of the swit-ching are evaluated to find out the distribution of losses.Two tapes of Integrated Magnetics are given in the converter, that is the tape of the two inductors integration and the tape of thetwo inductors with the one transformer integration. Waves of the main element parameters and efficiency curves with Discrete Magn-etics and Planar Integrated Magnetics of the converter are given bycircuit simulation software with Ansoft Simplorer 6.0, which provesthat core size and loss can be reduced and power density and effi-ciency can be improved with Planar Integrated Magnetics.
