开关变换器中平面集成磁件设计的理论研究

【摘要】 本文针对目前开关电源向“小、薄、轻”方向发展的趋势,介绍了平面集成磁件的概念,总结了磁件电路模型的建立方法和磁路等效变换的方法,提出推导集成磁件和等效电路的新方法;研究了一种用于前置DC/DC变换器的LLC谐振变换器,并在集成磁件通用模型的基础上分析了几个用于LLC谐振变换器的集成磁件的设计;最后研究了平面集成磁件具体的设计方法,为LLC谐振变换器设计了一个平面集成磁件。

【Abstract】 Following the trend of small, thin and light for developing of the switch power at the present time, planer integrated magnetic element concept is introduced in this thesis. After the methods of proposing magnetic circuit mode and of equivalent transform between reluctance modes are summarized, the novel methods to derive integration magnetic converters and the general equivalent electrical circuit of magnetics are put forward. Furthermore, a LLC resonant converter is proposed for Front End DC/DC conversion and several integrated magnetic designs for LLC resonant converter are investigated and compared base on the general model for integrated magnetic structure. Finally, the method of designing planer integrated magnetic element is discussed and a planer integrated magnetic element is designed for LLC resonant converter.
