基于组态软件方式实现的造纸生产线速度链嵌入式控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 工业控制组态软件行业化是目前控制领域发展的一个重要方向,而应用嵌入式解决方案也是发展的必然趋势。本论文针对造纸工业生产线速度链控制的特殊工艺,提出了造纸工业组态软件的设计方案,并介绍了造纸工业组态软件的一些关键环节,对控制系统的硬件进行了选择和设计。最后,结合嵌入式软件开发的特点,给出了工程实例,提出了现场实际问题的解决方法。

【Abstract】 The specialization of configuration software in industrial control is an important direction in controlling domain at present, and the utilization of embedded solution is also the unavoidable trend of development. In this paper, the design of configuration software for the speed chain of production line in papermaking industrial is proposed, some key points about the configuration software in papermaking industrial is introduced, the selection and design of the hardware of the control system is also detailed. Finally, combined with the characteristic of embedded application<WP=4>software, the project instance is proposed, and the solution to the actual problem is also put forward.
